I don't think I could ever forgive myself if something were to happen to him. “We will find him, Lucas. He is our Beta and the best fighter in this pack, I know nothing would have happened to him.” Mateo said, but I shook my head. It's been a year since she left him, and he hasn't still recovered from that rejection, and I don't think he would ever completely come out of it.

The slam on the table shook the walls and shut the interpreter up instantly. “What’s offensive is you even speaking to me. Who the hell told you to give an opinion? You’re here to do one thing, repeat what’s said like a damn parrot!” He snarled it, and the man lowered his head, trembling. Then the Brona heir finally stepped in. He started signing, directly at me. “Sir, I’m going to explain why I don’t agree.” I stood tall and looked straight at the screen. “Your interpreter said the merchandise would be ready in three months, and you said six. Or am I wrong?”
