Alpha Atlas
My eyes darted around the clearing, looking as far into the forest as I could.
A sound floated by on the sweet breeze, a woman's soft singing. The voice singing was thick like honey, the muffled words beautiful and lilting. The light melody curled around my head, carried away by the breeze. Giving the portal behind me a hard look, I followed the beautiful song into the forest. I didn't need to go far, as the music seemed to surround me the further I walked into the forest. There were no crickets chirping, or birds and their delicate calls. The forest was quiet apart from the woman singing, and I wondered if that was normal for the Fae realm.
