I say it appreciatively, and he only grunts in response before walking away. I go into the mystical creatures island, and I stare at the amount of books on the shelves. How the hell am I supposed to pick just one out of all of this? A particular hardcover catches my attention. It appears ancient, yet it’s lilac, exactly the same color as my eyes. I take it off the shelf and grin when I see its title. THE HISTORY OF OMEGAS: HOW THE DIVINE BEINGS CAME TO BE. Yes! This is it! This is the book!

The Mage's Heart

The Mage's Heart

Things could not get more peculiar, I thought. “Strangely enough,” he replied. “The next book I seek is in a mermaid’s trove.” “A mermaid’s trove?” I repeated, amending my previous thought. “Yes, sometimes the merfolk become infatuated with the surface and collect bazaar items, which they keep in shipwrecks or undersea caves,” he explained. “This book was on board a ship which fell afoul of a storm and sank. The book should be in a crate, in the wreckage, guarded over by a mermaid.”

A brilliant adult fairy tale! Dark romance, fairies, sirens, mages, dragons, dark elves, mermaids, trolls, imps, spells, and quests. I loved it, an action packed adventure from beginning to end. Folk lore and fae stories truly came alive, I fell in love with the characters and got lost in the story.

"Copy!" Soheila frowned when she looked down on the ocean. "This ocean is weird. man. I could see large crabs and shrimps which is rare for them to show up." Soheila said while looking down. Soheila still doesn't know that oceans here in the Svetlana were like that. "What do you mean weird? I read from a book that oceans are like this." Zachary said. "Really? I didn't know that." Soheila admitted. "Also, prepare yourself. Any minute, we're going to pull this up, okay?"

The Billionaire’s Discarded Bride

The Billionaire’s Discarded Bride

"She left this morning. She said, and I'm quoting, 'I'll call when I'm ready. Tell him not to push it.' She also brought Tom three books about marine biology. He's read them four times each, so enjoy hearing about bioluminescence at dinner." Tom, still in my arms, said urgently, “Did you know anglerfish glow?” “I did not.” “I’ll tell you everything.” Five minutes later, he had us both sitting at the kitchen table with the book open in front of him. “Anglerfish first,” he said, pointing at the picture. “Then the glowing stuff, then the deep sea creatures with no eyes. Aunty Diana said the no-eye ones are the most interesting, but I think the anglerfish is better because it has a light on its

For a second, I’m tempted, but then another wave of heat erupts in my chest, and I lose my nerve. “Tell me about the other books,” I say instead. “The other books?” I nod. And as I tuck my knees to my chest and wind my free arm around my knees, breathing through the stuffiness that’s getting more unbearable by the minute, I listen to the most garbled plot summaries I’ve ever heard in my entire life. “Okay. See, there’s this one with a man and his nephew. And they journey to the center of the earth. And there are dinosaurs. And a tornado? Shit—” The brow furrows again. “It might have been a tsunami. Something like that.”

Shamrocks & Seashells: The Quest for Lucky and Oceanna

Oceana said as she walked passed the Sun Goddess who smiled not believing how easy it was to get the princess to comply. A tear fell from Oceana's eyes that she quickly wiped it away not wanting the Sun Goddess to see her weak. She looked through the hundreds of gowns that were lined up on several racks. She saw a emerald green dress and quickly thought about Hunter and when he foolishly followed her into the ocean thinking she would die from a gun wound. When he had started to drawn trying to save her, she knew she wouldn't be able to get him to the surface fast enough without the pressure killing him.

And I didn’t think the Beta had given her anything less. I turn, hugging the book closer to my side. There was no way I could get to the library now. I’d have to finish the rest of this in my room. ————————————————————————————————— NOEL I used to be able to see. This time, the maze is an endless ocean. The water is cold, chilling my skin down to a shade whiter than snow. My arms barely move with how frozen it is. Every breath I take is so ragged and choked that I don’t know how I’m still alive. The water is dark in all directions.

Hence, she put it back in its spot among other dusty books and walked to another shelf. She came across a couple of other books but she knew none of them will give her any information on what she sought after; ‘Moon Goddess' Mate’ by U. Tipper, ‘The Hybrid's special Guide’ by L. O. Klark, ‘Tribid Greed’ by Steve Reynolds, and a lot of other books.

Gerey stood up - Jeyrin still concealed in the dark of the library desk, and went to a rack of books. ‘GEOGRAPHY AND FAIRYTALE SECTION’ spelled at the top of the shelf and as Gerey scanned from book to book, he remembered a few he'd read at school, ‘Knowing Wabrook's Water Brooks and Bodies’ by Whitaker Flarogue, ‘Sunset at Ingfalls’ by Simponie Gugh, ‘The best habitat for all - Ingfalls - Book One’ by Cuulambs Nicktra, but they were not what he searched for.

Pregnant and Favored: See You in the Morning, Young Master

As Xavia remained silent, Zivon stepped out and squatted before the children as he replied, “Hey, you know how your mother gets with such jokes… Be nice, alright?” “Alright, Daddy! Speaking of which, were you actually talking in there, Daddy…?” asked Maison. Gently tapping the boy’s head, Zivon replied, “Even if we weren’t, kids shouldn’t be asking such questions… That aside, have you read all your new books yet? Tell me the names of some of the oceans.” Patting his chest, the boy proudly declared, “Of course, I have! There’s the Pacific Ocean, the Artic, the Atlantic, and many more!”
