Fiction Reads Novels & Stories

Emily simply nodded and set out immediately while the girls walked back to join the rest. Her tears had defeated her and she began sobbing bitterly as she walked not looking at where she was headed. After walking some distance she stopped suddenly after hearing what seemed like a silent growl, she quickly held her torch up but the place was dark that the little light she had couldn't help. She had been deep in the woods without knowing and she scanned the place genuinely confused on which way she came from, she made several attempts at finding her way back but it ended up confusing her even more. Then she stopped trying to make meaning of the sound she was hearing and gradually it became cle

Scarlett's POV Suddenly, the rustling of paper caught my attention. I turned around just in time to see Liam holding the draft I had left on my desk. My stomach instantly twisted into knots. "Put that down," I said quickly, stepping forward. But Liam didn’t listen. Instead, his dark eyes skimmed over the words, and to my horror, he started reading aloud. "Fiona is the female protagonist. She has been in love with the male lead for the past four years..."

Everyone else is treating me differently, even though I feel the same. My regular phone rings as I walk further into my room. Looking at it, I’m pleasantly pleased to see that it is Nancy texting me now, not Wes with more terrible books to give. I open the message. I have a recommendation for you, based on what we talked about. I really think you are going to like this one. It was pretty eye opening for me. Mild really, but a good place for beginners. I blush fiercely but I still click on the link. It leads to a website of fanfiction. I don’t recognize the series it is linked too, so none of the characters are familiar to me.

Perfect. As I flipped through the chapters, the story heated up fast. The protagonist, a shy librarian much like me, was cornered in the stacks by a dominant stranger. His hands roamed her body without mercy, fingers teasing her nipples until they ached, then dipping lower to claim her wetness. I shifted on the couch, feeling that familiar tingle between my legs. God, why did these books always get me so worked up? My thighs pressed together instinctively, seeking friction.

As soon as I opened the first page, it excites me after reading first sentence. "What are you reading?" I felt the sofa lowered down a bit as I feel Patty sitting behind me. "I am reading horror stories." I simply answered. "I thought you like romance." "I like romance but I need to rest my fond in romances. I need to feel scared and creepy. Maybe there's someone here in fictional characters whom I can adapt the personality to scare my bashers." "That's good. Continue reading." I felt her walking away. "Do you want some coffee?" I heard Patty asked me.

“Missed you too, what you up to?” “Nothing much, reading” I grinned, giving him a peck on the nose. “What you reading?” Felix asked as we headed inside. “That book for English Studies. Thought it’s about time I greet Jay Gatsby” I smiled, heading towards the couch. “Should probably start reading it as well” Felix sighed, “But will probably just watch the movie in the end” he said, making me flinch. Being one of those anti-movie people when it came to books, it kind of hurt that Felix wasn’t like that.

***** Book Two: Betrothed to the Ruthless Barbarian King Leila’s point of view I just ran out of pages, I closed the book slowly, reluctantly….. like the story would disappear forever if I shut it too fast. It didn’t, it never did. That was the problem with reading fictional books. The stories didn’t end when you reach the last page, they stayed. They clung to your chest, wrapped around your thoughts, sank into your bones like something permanent, leaving you stranded in the last paragraph like someone pulled the ground beneath your feet mid step.

They were both impressed that I have already published a half dozen books that have been fairly successful. “I love the Erotic Wizard book you wrote,” Fiona purred. It amazed me that she had already read one of my books. “I get aroused every time I think about those steamy sex scenes you described,” she announced openly. There was a short silence that followed and Franny was grinning broadly when I glanced over at her.

I felt my pussy contract at his words, grasping at something that wasn’t there yet I desperately craved. “Just focus on the stars, baby.” he licked up and down my neck while his fingers finally parted my folds, finding my clit. He rubbed the bundle of nerves until I shook. I stared up at the ceiling as shooting stars and comets zipped by. I felt myself getting close, as if I could join those heavenly bodies up in the sky.

“You should stop reading fiction books. They are just fiction. They don’t teach you anything worthwhile.” Iva smiled at him because she knew that he was upset due to her book-reading habit as she wouldn’t let him get close until she finished the book. “Non fiction does inform the mind, but fiction infiltrates it. One gives you the maps of the world, while the other lets you wander through many worlds from your home. You should try reading some fiction as it sparks original thinking, Dear.” “Pfft, original thinking? How?” Gareth turned his head and stared at her. “Give me one good example?”
