one shouted. "Yes! Tell the one about the fox and the moon!" "No, tell the one about the girl who turned into a hawk!" She laughed, breathless and glowing, and dropped to her knees in the grass, letting them swarm around her. "Alright, alright," she said, brushing her windblown hair from her face. "But only if you promise not to fall asleep halfway through." "We won't!" they chorused, lying in the grass beside her. So she told them stories. Not of blood or battle, but of quiet bravery. Of kindness hidden in thorns. Of broken things that found new ways to shine.

He opened the valet and It had 100$ inside it. “Problem solved! I can borrow 400$ from Henry and add these 100$ in it and keep it back in the locker. This way Mr. Paul will never doubt on me again!” Keith headed towards Henry's home. A person who was a friend Keith always remembered in his toughest times. But, unfortunately never gave him a helping hand in the times of need. Keith reached Henry's home and explained him the entire situation. Keith always shared all his problems with Henry and took advantage of him by acting innocent. Henry helped him and landed him 400$.

"Really? And what stories does Mommy tell you?" Brandon tilted his head, thinking. "The Three Bears, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, and the Prince and the Frog." He hesitated a little. "Mommy knows lots of stories too, but she only tells me one each night, so she finishes them quickly." Peter grinned. "Is that so? Do you really like listening to stories?" Brandon nodded enthusiastically. "I love it." "Then, how about letting Grandma tell you stories from now on? Sometimes, Mommy gets very tired."

"The blanket's cold. I'm feeling weak, and it's chilly. Conrad, why don't you come in and talk while we stay in bed?" Conrad fell silent. I shut the door.

Thank you SO MUCH for taking the time to read “Our Blank Canvas.” <3 This second book was meant to be explored through Vasilisa’s point of view, as she navigated through the difficulties of exploring her past as well as trying to move on in an entirely new Country. Additionally, I wanted to include the points of view of my supporting cast for various reasons. Each character has their own unique battle, and I felt it was necessary to allow them the chance to tell their story too. I began writing this novel after I completed “Our Young Funny Voices” June of 2019. I’ve completed it March of 2020. I’ve had an absolute blast writing it— but I’ve also cried and laughed along the way.

I answered. “Hi! I just got home! I don’t have anything important to do so…… do you mind telling me the news now? I'm exited!” “Seriously? On the phone? This is a long story girl. I think it'll be better if I just tell you when I see you.” “Ohhh I love long stories! Tell me now! GO! I don't mind staying on the phone for hours!” “Alright but promise me that you’ll wait until I finish before you give any reaction? This will shock the hell out of you so wait for me to finish? Okay?”

I suddenly started to feel nervous. "Hi Amarachi, I'm your literature teacher. My name is Miss Ada. Welcome to Crownstar highschool." I smiled at her. "So who doesn't have a seat partner? A girl raised her hands and Miss Ada asked me to seat with her. She started teaching and that was when I remembered that I didn't collect the pen my mum bought. I didn't want to ask anyone for a spare pen but then it was my first day at school and I did not want to start skipping notes. I asked the guy at my front for a spare pen but he didn't have any one. The girl beside him smiled and gave me a pen, I thanked her and started writing.

I sat next to him and saw the children sitting on the floor. I waved at them and smiled and they did the same. A few minutes later, they begged James to tell the story again. It's good that I'm not the one being asked, gosh, I'm going to run out of saliva again. "Oh, I'm going to tell a story so listen carefully okay. The title of this story is Bamboo and the turtle."
