The liquid inside glowed a faint, sickly green. Wolfsbane. Liquid fire for our kind. "Pack of Blackthorn," Mara called out. "We gather under the moon to witness the punishment of a traitor." Two enforcers dragged Lisa forward. Her wrists were bound with silver chains that smoked against her skin. She looked nothing like the woman who had mocked me weeks ago. Her platinum hair was matted. Her face was gaunt. She was already broken. They threw her to her knees before the fire. "Please," Lisa sobbed, her body shaking. "I didn't mean for it to go this far! I was jealous! Elena, please! We were friends!"

I hit the floor hard, gasping as fire shot through my arm. Lisa loomed over me, her own gun raised. “You should have stayed hidden.” I gritted my teeth, vision swimming. She pulled the trigger. Click. Empty. Lisa’s expression flickered—just for a second. I didn’t hesitate. I swung my leg, kicking her hard in the knee. She let out a sharp cry, stumbling back. I lunged, slamming my elbow into her wrist. Her gun clattered to the floor. She tried to reach for it, but I grabbed her first, shoving her against the desk.

“Christine? You really think she’s behind this?” “Who else?” Lisa’s tone was sharp, almost gleeful. “She’s been maneuvering behind everyone’s backs, Francis. You know it. The fire, the timing, it’s too convenient. She’s got her hands in too many pots, and I’m not letting her slip away this time.”

Indigo said . She then opened her left hand over Lisa, releasing a shock of dark lightning there out her body. " nahhhhhh! ” Lisa screamed as she sqermed in pure agony! She was completely helpless because of Indigo’s last attack . " No! Please ! ” Keri screamed while pounding on the force field that held us back. " Keri no! ” i said as she banged on the force field. Lisa had run outside and when she did not see Milana coming outside and also saw the fire had come from their department, she immediately alerted the security and the fire fighters that just arrived. “There is someone in the department where the fire is coming from, you have to save her!!!” Lisa screamed as she tried to go back inside. “Calm down Miss we will save her, just stay came” Everyone looked up to the floor where the fire was coming from, the fire was large.
