Third Person POV The novel was, against all odds, more genuinely interesting than Kylie had expected. The prose was sharp, understandable grammar, and the plot was especially interesting. Initially, she didn't have much faith in it, since it seemed generic and had the typical plotline of the female lead being found by her biological parents. Perhaps due to the apocalypse genre, it turned out to be an especially a refreshing read. The characters felt real. Even though some of them were evil, they were making decisions normal humans would actually make, making readers torn.

CHAPTER 4(THE FIRST ONE)- TITTLE: Zander Mansion Soon, it's morning, and thanks to last night I had a rough sleep, and you know, when people say they woke on the wrong side of the bed, they are just trying to tell you they are mad. Well, I woke up on the wrong side of the bed, like literally, I woke up on the floor and not on my bed, and I would like to know why, but unfortunately, you just can’t see in your sleep.

Okay, let's discuss important stuffs that will enable us understand the book better; Point of View: First person's point of view(FPP) is employed in the story, and it sticks to the traditional "mono first-person view" throughout with the epilogue being the only exception. For the first time, Cathedra had someone who didn't cringe every time she opened her mouth to speak. So this is what having a friend feels like, huh? Cathedra thought to herself. One lunch break, while waiting for Diane underneath the tree, Cathedra was scribbling a draft of her first novel in her notebook. The novel contained the scenes she saw in the storybook, back in her kindergarten days. Since that day at kindergarten, she didn't tell anyone what she saw in the storybooks anymore. The thought of seeing things that other people couldn't still terrified her but she tried hard not to think about it by avoiding any book she can see other than school books and textbooks.

Every tiny movement seemed so deliberate, as if he knew the outcome of everything he did, said, and thought. A small sigh escaped my lips before I tried looking back down at my own book. It was third-person narration—a style that could be super exciting in a crime novel or something like that—but here it gave absolutely no insight into the characters. For fun, I tried flipping ahead a few pages to see if anything remotely interesting happened, but no—just as dry and dull as the start. I closed the book and stood up.

There are so few views, now that Goodnovel provided me a platform, but I am more than happy to continue this story and perhaps, make it my first completed novel. So now allow me to talk about the novel itself. I have talked to my editor about it and I came to know that my first few chapters are quite odd. The beginning chapter itself barely had any conversation. Well… To be honest, it can’t be helped since I wrote it on my first attempt in writing. I have no background. No experience. I read. I read. I read a ton. I was very smug about my memory since I could remember all sorts of details from hundreds of chapters back.

Nicole looked at the clock in the room and said, “I’m kind of in a hurry so I’ll make my story brief and comprehensive. After breaking your heart, I owe you an explanation my darling Muhammad.” Muhammad tried switching on the radio on his belt, in hope that anyone on the other end could listen to the conversation if the signal was restored.
