Every tiny movement seemed so deliberate, as if he knew the outcome of everything he did, said, and thought. A small sigh escaped my lips before I tried looking back down at my own book. It was third-person narration—a style that could be super exciting in a crime novel or something like that—but here it gave absolutely no insight into the characters. For fun, I tried flipping ahead a few pages to see if anything remotely interesting happened, but no—just as dry and dull as the start. I closed the book and stood up.

I was disappointed in myself for knowing nothing, yet I pretended I did. “You see,” Lawrence uttered as he sat up and met my gaze. “There are things that seem pointless if you look at it from your own point of view. It doesn’t mean you see this and hear this, then you know everything. That’s the main reason why there are many two types of POVs in the story. First-person POV, and Third-Person POV.” He gave me a satisfied smile as he leaned closer.

While I stood their, my breathing began to come in gasp while my thought wandered towards different memories, As the hunt continued, my head began to pound with an increasing intensity. Despite my efforts to stay focused, the pain became a distraction, clouding my thoughts and making it difficult to concentrate on the task at hand. THIRD PERSON POV TRANCE In a hazy state of mind, she found herself grappling with a barrage of memories and emotions. The voice that spoke seemed to reverberate within her, shaking the foundation of her understanding. As if a dam had burst, her mind flooded with images, sensations, and an overwhelming sense of recognition.

He kept his eyes fixed forward, as if I were invisible. A tall, regal-looking man stood up from his seat next to the Alpha. "Let us enjoy this feast!" he declared, raising his goblet high. Second Person POV You wake to the scent of pine and cold stone. Your skull throbs, a dull ache radiating from the base of your neck to your temples. The air is sharp, sterile, like the inside of a mountain cave. Your fingers twitch against smooth rock, and when you pry your eyes open, the world is a blur of flickering torchlight and shadows. *Where are they?*

*** Third Person POV Eamon watched Liliana’s car disappear down the road, the early morning light casting long shadows across the pavement. The suite felt eerily empty now, the echoes of their night together lingering in the silence. He ran a hand through his hair, trying to shake off the lingering warmth of her body against his. It was time to shift gears, to leave the world of intimacy behind (grudgingly) and step back into the light of his other life.
