Tangled
As we kissed, I felt my anger melt away, replaced by a feeling of warmth and contentment.
When we finally pulled away, we were both breathless. I looked into her eyes and smiled, and She smiled back, a hint of shyness in her eyes.
“Let’s go for a walk,” she said, taking my hand.
We set off down the path, the setting sun casting a golden glow over the landscape. We walked in comfortable silence, our fingers intertwined. The air was filled with the scent of blooming flowers and the distant sound of birdsong.
As we reached a clearing, she turned to me, her eyes sparkling with excitement. “Look!” she said, pointing to the sky.
