ENSLAVED TO THE HEARTLESS MAFIA

ENSLAVED TO THE HEARTLESS MAFIA

Diana snarled as he retreated from us in anger. **** **** As Flora fired the gun, Venom shook his head and exclaimed, "Out of it." The bullet had missed the target entirely. Flora muttered, "I'm sorry," while her eyes remained fixed on the target that Tiger had asked her to shoot. Tiger told her, to her satisfaction, "Don't be sorry; just focus," and she nodded. Even though he couldn't see her face, she blushed as Tiger made sure that her ear protection was in the correct position. In addition to that, she was sporting protective eyewear.

Worth Every Bullet

Worth Every Bullet

The space was small, and once they were inside, there was no room left for me. I moved from cover to cover alone as gunfire swept across the street. Then a stray bullet tore toward me. I shut my eyes, muttering, "This is where it ends." Something slammed into me and threw me sideways. When I opened my eyes, Stefan stood between me and the source of the shot. The bullet had struck his abdomen. Blood soaked through his shirt and ran over his hands. I caught him before he could fall, and I could not stop crying. He lifted a hand and wiped my tears.

Falling Into Ruin.

Falling Into Ruin.

“Did you bring the goods?” “Of course,” the man responds, placing his briefcase on the desk. “Please take a look.” Nodding, Angus goes around and takes a seat, then opens the briefcase, revealing what look like normal bullets. Confusion growing, I stare at them, trying to figure out what exactly is so special about these bullets that Angus and even my brother would be so interested in them. “They look like normal bullets.” Angus mutters, grabbing one and lifting it, but when he touches the tips, multiple needles explode from it. “Fuck.”

Tears on My Gravestone

Tears on My Gravestone

At the last second, a surge of raw strength rushed through me. I willed the sunflower bouquet from the grave and sent it flying straight into Jayden's gun hand. A gunshot rang out. The bullet plowed into the dirt. I let out a long breath. Jayden stared at the sunflowers that had just hit him, looking almost confused, like he couldn't figure out how a bunch of flowers had managed to throw themselves at him. Then, his eyes lit up. "Kat, is that you?"

The Mafia's Plaything: His To Ruin

The Mafia's Plaything: His To Ruin

Bullet's eyes shone brightly in shock. “What the fuck?” Bullet gasped. “What's that?” “These are bombs. One must be well prepared on such missions. I told you that I won't get punished with Francesco, right?” Brinda laughed while raising an eyebrow. “If you know you are in there… Surrender! Right now!” The police’s voice from outside interrupted the ladies. Brinda tossed two bombs to Bullet. She ran towards the door, set the timer to thirty seconds and rushed back to Bullet's side then she shoved their bodies to the far end of the kitchen.

Bound by Blood and Bullets

Bound by Blood and Bullets

Alessio stayed right on my heels. We burst through the rear door into the alley. Kelly was sprinting toward a black SUV, engine already running. I fired—tire shot. The SUV fishtailed. Kelly spun, gun up. I tackled Alessio behind a dumpster just as bullets shredded the air where we’d been standing. Heart slamming, I rolled out, returned fire. Kelly grunted—hit in the shoulder—dropped his weapon. Enzo and the others converged. Kelly went down hard—zip-tied, cursing in Gaelic.

Bound by the Triplet Alpha's

Bound by the Triplet Alpha's

Chosen Breedwolf within me
"I waited three hundred years for you to be reborn. For the prophecy to bring you back. And now you're here, and I'm not letting you go again." I looked at Cassius desperately. "You said I could have the flowers. You said we had a deal." "We do," Cassius confirmed, gesturing lazily. A servant appeared from the shadows carrying a box made of silver and glass. Inside were flowers unlike any I'd ever seen. They glowed with a pale blue light, their petals seeming to contain liquid moonlight. "The Moonblood flowers. Twenty of them, enough to cure any poison. They're yours." Relief crashed through me. "Thank you. I'll take them and leave now."

I am the dragon

I am the dragon

It was harmless to us and to humans but to vampires it was fatal. I had spoken to Timothy over the phone and his advice was to boil the flowers and use the liquid in whatever way necessary. It only proved fatal when it entered their bloodstream so between me, Rev and Preston we had laced our bullets with it. I struggled to sleep again that night because Rylee wasn’t there and I hated that fact. I had slept perfectly fine for six years without her but now I couldn’t sleep for more than three hours at a time. My only consolation was knowing that she was struggling just as much as I was.

The Vampire's Flower

The Vampire's Flower

"Yea? It's a lily? What about it?" My answer made him snicker as he turned his head in my direction. "It's not a lily. It's called Elnea. It's a flower tended to by the flora fairies that used to follow Eleanor's orders. The sword was what Eleanor knew how to use the best. Eleanor smells like Elnea." So, the flowery scent I smell on Eleanor is Elnea? "So, it has nothing to do with your glory?"
