Once His Mate, Now His Regret

Once His Mate, Now His Regret

“We can have dinner. After I consult with Matthias.” He nodded once. “I can drive you, if you’d like.” I hesitated—just for a second—then nodded back. “Sure.” Why not? I don’t see anything wrong with this. I turned back to the roses, touched one of the petals with the pad of my finger. They were cool to the touch, yet still soft. Magical flora didn’t need water, didn’t wilt easily, and these would last months—if not longer. I loved flowers.

My husband hates me

My husband hates me

As she crumpled to the ground, the rain continued to pour, a cold and relentless backdrop to her sudden collapse. Steve Pov : As he made his way home, Axel's gaze fell upon a small and cozy flower shop. Memories flooded his mind of how much Emily loved flowers, especially roses. He recalled the time when Emily lived in their quarters, how she used to tenderly care for the flower plants, nurturing them with love and attention. The image of her surrounded by blooming roses brought a bittersweet smile to his lips, a reminder of the beauty and warmth she brought into their home.

I absolutely cannot stand this pathetic, weak, excuse of a woman. How disgusting to keep groveling back to this guy no matter how he abuses her. Pathetic character. This is about marital rape and abuse. What makes it worse is I don't even sympathize with Emily bc I hate how weak and pathetic she is
RSJ
I was emotionally attached to this book and Emily I cried too and had a hard time when things were difficult for her, although I anticipated and braced myself it hurt to see what Emily went through, one of my favorite stories, reading it again after a little break I have find a new perspective

The Alpha's Babysitter

The Alpha's Babysitter

She smiled warmly and replied, "Yes, Theo. The rain helps the flowers grow, bringing them the water they need to bloom and thrive. It's like a gentle hug from nature, nourishing and renewing the beauty of the world around us." Theo's eyes sparkled with understanding and delight at Mama Hazel's words, a sense of wonder and appreciation for the interconnectedness of all living things blooming within him. Together, they sat in quiet reverence for the rain's gift of growth and renewal, a reminder of the cyclical nature of life and the beauty found in moments of reflection and connection.

The Alpha’s Silver Mate

The Alpha’s Silver Mate

I stuck them in a jar of water for a while in my bedroom until they eventually withered and Mama ordered they be thrown out. I haven’t seen any since then. This is first in a few years and it doesn’t look very good. There is barely any life left in it despite the rain and constant sunlight. I assume the soil of the Reach is no longer conducive for it. “What is it, My lady?” Morra asked, crouching behind me and following my gaze to the dying flower. “An old friend” I told her, tilting my head slightly as I stare at the little flower in contemplation. I didn’t plan to use my powers today. But then again, it’s not like I ever do.

You Can Ask The Flowers

You Can Ask The Flowers

"The heart of the moonlight garden." As they approached, the roses responded to Damien's presence with an almost audible sigh of welcome. Their luminescence intensified, and the air around them grew thick with the kind of energy that made the hair on Iris's arms stand on end. She could feel the plants' excitement, their eagerness to fulfill the purpose Eleanor had bred into their very structure.

The Rejected Omega Mate

The Rejected Omega Mate

The rain was coming down in sheets, drenching everything in its path and making it more difficult for me to see more than a few feet in front of me as I searched for Eva. As I stumbled through the garden, I finally caught sight of her. She was crouched down, carefully tending to the flowers that grew in the damp soil. Her clothes were soaked through and it was clinging to her skin and highlighting her curves. I couldn't help but admire how beautiful she was, even in the midst of such a fierce storm. I couldn't take my eyes off her.

Marrying My Ex for Revenge

Marrying My Ex for Revenge

We find her crouched beside a bed of peonies—pale pink, heavy-headed, drooping under their own weight. The blooms are nearly finished for the season, petals browning at the edges. But they're still beautiful in that fragile, temporary way. "Why do some grow alone?" Ava touches a single bloom separated from the cluster. Her fingers are gentle, careful. She's learned not to crush flowers after several incidents at home. "And some grow together?" "Different reasons, baby. Sometimes the gardener plants them that way. Sometimes the flower chooses where to grow." "Can flowers choose?" "In a way. They grow toward light. Toward water. Toward what keeps them alive." I brush a curl from her face. "Eve

Rebirth And Revenge: The Betrayed Heiress's Return

Rebirth And Revenge: The Betrayed Heiress's Return

“You know, these flowers are different from other flowers. When Joseph gave the flowers to you, you put them in garden. Karl told me everyday that they were gifts for you and ask you to take good care of them. He told me that maybe one day you would need them. So, I did take care of them. I moved them into the house during rainy days and only let them pass in the morning sun. But in a few days, their leaves got withered.” “Really? Have they got withered?” I was surprised. I looked at the flower pots in my arms and said, “But they look quite good now.” Steve sighed and said, “Of course they do. I had called Joseph and asked him to how to cultivate them. He said that this kind of flowers loves

One good thing about this story is that the FL not only has a doting boyfriend but also a doting mother-in-law. Loved reading this very positive love story of a badass FL. one complaint would be this book needs a lot of corrections. It is a bit messy.

Married at First Sight

Married at First Sight

If he dared betray Camryn, Callum would ruin his reputation in the industry and make things difficult for him. “Contrary to what you think, the rain improves our business. Everyone will call in to order flower deliveries because they don’t want to head out themselves. I have to be in the store while my employees deliver the flowers.” Callum smiled. “Okay. I admit that I don’t know your business well.” He thought the flower shop’s business would decline during rainy or cold days. Since Camryn wanted to go to the store, Callum drove her to Spring Blossoms. The two employees were already at work. Since it was raining, most of the potted flowers for display were not at their usual spot at the en

Alpha's Cursed Bride

Alpha's Cursed Bride

Children do, sometimes, playing house or telling secrets where the wood smells of rain and time. ‎ ‎The white flowers grow everywhere. ‎ ‎They started around the two stones—Rex’s and mine—and spread. First a ring, then a meadow, then a sea. They bloom in every season, in every weather. Snow settles on them and melts without bruising a petal. Rain beads on them like tears that refuse to fall. Sunlight turns them almost transparent, so you can see the veins of silver running through each one. ‎ ‎People come to walk among them.
