The Exiled Dragon

The Exiled Dragon

Her wings fell back into her body, screaming. Covering my mouth, a sob wrecked through me. I had forgotten she would feel the pain, too. Too worried about watching Mortus breathe his last breaths. The warrior, his eyes solemn with pity, gently gathered her in his arms, picked her up. Her head leaned into his chest, gripping his uniform. “Leave me,” she cried again. Wings sprung forth from his body, shaking his head. His wings hummed in the pattern of a hummingbird and took flight to the palace.

Honestly, this is the best book I have read on this app. Such mature and thorough writing. Interesting storyline and characters you fall in love with. It's incredibly unique. I will be reading every single book this writer puts out.

Fueling the fire

Fueling the fire

I find myself muttering under my breath, completely dumbstruck by what I am seeing. “I didn’t know they still existed”. Flynn breathes out, but I am too engrossed in Athena’s transformation to respond right now. A few seconds later, her shift seems to have completed. She stretches her… wings? And she comes barreling towards me with her… talons?

HE IS LUCIFER

HE IS LUCIFER

Kendra opted to walk when she got close to other fairies, she didn’t want anyone seeing her wings, she walked fast as her wings swept the ground behind her, she did not care. One of the downfalls of being a fairy was that when they find their mates everyone could see from their wings, they harden, mature and the original color darken. Everyone could see when the other has found their mate.

I am on chapter 21, so far it’s a good story and I plan on reading the entire book. But I have to mention the amount of grammar and spelling (mostly the spelling) errors detract from the storyline. Sometimes you have to reread something so it makes sense. Overall good though.

She's My Mate

She's My Mate

They moved skillfully, and quickly, opting to fight opponents that had still been in human form. Ambrosia fought just the same but had Tiana and Zephyr as back up. This allowed her to fight wolves as well. Zephyr's white wings were beautiful and almost blinding. I wished I could have had more time to take in their enthralling, majestic beauty. One look at them had you in a daze. I reluctantly tore my eyes away from them to look at Tiana's wings. It resembled a butterfly's with multicolors, the most prominent being bronze and gold.

You are a great writer. I couldn't stop the tears while reading the final chapters. I'm going straight on to book three. I have to know what happens next. Will she get any sort of happy ending with the one she loves?

Alpha Leo and the Heart of Fire

Alpha Leo and the Heart of Fire

I can see the faint outline of what looks like wings spread behind her. Wings of fire that seem to take the shape of a heart… A piercing scream rips through the air as her power increases tenfold and surges into the sky, emanating in waves around her. I see the swirls of the flames behind her move before I see a tiny part of her left wing snap and shrivel into embers of ash. It’s too blinding to look at, and I’m forced to avert my gaze.

Moonlight Muse has done it again! This book had me screaming in horror, laughing from my belly, grinning and smiling uncontrollably, thinking of ways to please my man and crying my eyes out! What a roller coaster of emotional drama that ultimately soothed my soul. Definitely one to read.

All of these books in the series are incredibly good! Love that we get to continue with the characters we've grown to love reading about, through their own individual wild life adventure -- Would love to hear more of Dante Rossi's Story

The Alpha's Chosen Mate

The Alpha's Chosen Mate

Her feet almost tread on his as she trailed even closer behind, her nose once bumping into his back. Then they stepped out into a clearing, and the light of the distant stars lit up the area. They were near a cliff, Ariella could tell by the black void that greeted them a few feet away. Hanging back near the safety of the trees, she studied her mate for a moment. His silhouette was illuminated by the starlight, and she watched with parted lips as something glowed on his back, taking shape and forming wings. Wings of pale white colour, so faint they might have only been made of pure energy. So delicate and fragile, yet when they unfurled and stretched out, the large feathery shapes exuded pow

’ with her eyes to which he just shrugged his hands off in air, and gestured her to give it a try once again. She clinked her fingers once again, rolling her eyes, chanting a spell. But all she was left was with surprise and a loud gasp, audible enough to any bystanders in the corridor. There appeared fairy wings on Valor’s body, which were totally white in color and looked so angelic. The wings were flapping in and out, and fairy dust was getting scattered over here and there. He looked at her surprised, because he was trying to get them off, but wasn’t able to. He didn’t even think that Evanora was testing her magic like this, making his wings appear instantly and controlling them also.

Haven: Rise of Luna

Haven: Rise of Luna

A moment later I saw glitter coming from her hand as she snapped her fingers and I gasped at what I saw. Over her head, from in between her shoulders the most breathtaking wings formed. They were gold based but with earth green accents. They were so iridescence I was at a loss for words. Right before my eyes they reached full length, nearly the same height as Scar. Her eyes continued to glow as she began to float over so slightly above the earth, rising more each moment until her feet were a foot off the ground. She shook out her wings and then floated back down. Slowly she hummed again and her wings vanished, almost as fast as they appeared. Her eyes returned to their normal golden color an

Lucifer's Redemption

That will have a lot of free snacks! My wings fluttered again, them not looking at all the same like the other angels. Many female angels donned large white and ivory wings, while mine held a hint of gold at the tips. I inched forward, only to have a few stares and their walks continued like there wasn’t a care in the world. I let out a sigh. No one was out to get me. There was no evil here out in the open with too many angels around.

Great story, I’m a fan of mythology and this novel has an unique and interesting way of combining folk tales, pagan and Christian beliefs. I loved the story and the outlines of every character and it’s way of redemption/salvation.

Deception

Deception

The hands that carried her dropped her softly on a flowerbed. “How can you forget something as important as this?” The cleaning maid she recognized chided. “Oh, you sweet little thing, your shoulders are bruised. Consider yourself lucky, I thought she was going to rip off your wings.” A cold shudder raked her body at those words. Wings were the most important feature for a fairy. Without wings, they were nothing. More tears flowed down her pink cheeks.
