Eleanor leaned back, watching. Sophie didn’t blink. Only Julian’s gaze sharpened. Mirra approached the table. “Your invitation is unexpected,” she said quietly—but her voice carried. “No, it isn’t,” Charlotte replied, composed. “You know you were welcome.” Mirra didn’t sit. She stood beside Julian. The photographer hovered a few steps back, phone raised. A quiet signal: Photos incoming. Julian met Mirra’s gaze. Here. Now. No walls. No barriers. Just presence.

William smiled, putting away his papers and phone for the first time since they came from the ball. She walked slowly out the office, with the blanket still tightly wrapped around her. She took William’s camera in her hand and began snapping away, he taught her a thing or two and since then she became addicted whenever she had the camera she took pictures of everything that seemed unusual and worthy of its picture being taken. William entered the room silently watching Reign taking pictures of the night sky. The moon had seven main stars around it, differ from the rest. “Like what you are seeing?” she asked smoothly, peering over her shoulder at him.

My muscles tensed as I pushed open the door to my room. And there he was. Mirage leaned casually against the edge of my desk, his posture all arrogance and ease, the moonlight from the tall windows casting half his face in silver. His lips curved in a sarcastic smirk, eyes gleaming with that infuriating mixture of mockery and curiosity he reserved only for me. "What are you doing here?" I demanded, my voice sharp. "Bringing something you'll like," Mirage drawled, his voice laced with amusement. He held out a stack of glossy photographs.

My blood went cold at his words, and my fingers turned numb as I snatched his phone to look. “Play it back and you’ll see it.” He said, now laughing about it, and I did; all that came out of my mouth was "Dear God," as I stared at the sight of Mira running into the water before she began to transform, before she was fully submerged, and a voice could be heard as they captured her footage. “Oh, my God!” I staggered as Alec laughed again, saying I could not possibly believe the video and that it was clearly AI. I didn’t let him finish and asked where he got this and before he could answer, I could see it was from some group.

We are working on getting rid of the diaper, but so far we’ve come to the agreement of one that can resemble underwear, and in which he can actually sit on the toilet with if he shows interest. “No, Mirage.. She growled as she was back to her feet, almost in a flash. I saw fire balls erupt from my hands and she threw them at me. I instinctively dodged it and it hit the couch. After a whole day of touring the water park with Miracle playing games, when we got home, all three of us had no energy, so it’s no wonder Miracle fell asleep in Alex’s arms during the flight. “Diana, look at this.” I watched as Alex showed me on his phone. Miracle’s picture of how she amazes the jellyfish. “He looks adorable,” Alex said with a smile. Alex showed many pictures of Miracle’s stolen shots until scrolling where there was a picture of the three of us while Alex lifted Miracle. In that picture, we look like a happy family. “Wow...” I glance at Alex. The way he looks at the picture seems to have a spark in his eyes.

And when she woke up, Nimueh thought of something to do. “You look so pretty here, little angel! I’m gonna print these and make you your own photo album or maybe we’ll frame these and hang to the wall.” Nimueh was having fun doing photography to Miracle. She dressed her with the assorted colors baby dress that the three idiot friends bought. Yeah, at least those clothes came in handy. Miracle seemed happy because she always smiles like a real model. She has many photos of her and all of them were best even if they were all about Miracle sleeping, laying on her bed or just staring at nowhere. And why wouldn't they? The house is spacious and has many good areas to do the photography.
