What was happening? “Tony”, came the voice. Then all of a sudden, I was floating past stars, galaxies, and planets. I shut my eyes at the intensity of the light as I sped past them at unimaginable speeds. Then, all at once, it was gone, save for a warm glow. I opened my eyes to find my self staring at a supernova. It was massive, dwarfing whole galaxies. The explosion seemed to be happening in slow motion, but it never reached me. I was about to start talking, when it spoke. “Bearer of the Shard.” It’s voice was like a million people screaming into microphone at the same time, and it was right in my ear. I winced in pain and pulled my hands over my ear, to no avail. The voice was in my head.

Everyone knew that he despised Strawberry Pack since it was led by Rasmore, his enemy since their diaper days, and he had sworn that the day he would take over his father, he would make sure to turn Strawberry Pack into shambles. "Babe, what's going on?" "What are the soldiers talking about?" "A war." Kelvin asked, grabbing Hashmuk's hands. He was taking his lunch to him, and he bumped into the soldiers, who kept on talking about the war. "You don't need to worry, babe." "Everything will be settled, okay." He said, pulling him so that he would sit on his laps. But I am afraid. Karen is not here. He complained, sighing heavily.

He turned to scan the old, pressed-wood shelf to his right, the kind found at K-Mart or Wal-Mart and not requiring any real skill to assemble. He unconsciously rolled the eight ball in his hands as he scanned the shelves. These books offered a trip down memory lane. His teenage collection of Star Wars novels. At one time he could’ve made the proud declaration he owned every one. Even the hard-to-find Han Solo novels from the late seventies. He’d stopped collecting them halfway through college, though. Now he owned only a fraction of the franchise’s backlist.

Part wolf, she was moving a little shady but she did save me, gave me a deer to drink from and guidance, and the only thing she asked for in return is to keep our conversation and us crossing paths a secret, I promise her that I will and I am going to keep my promise,

It seemed to be showing me something, and before I knew it, I found myself twisting the doorknob that the firefly was hovering around. The door creaked open, and I stepped through, only to find myself outside. It was like stepping into another world. I turned to the firefly and whispered, "Thank you, my little guide." As I gazed up at the stars, I felt a sense of wonder and excitement. What other secrets did the night hold? I couldn't wait to find out.

After the Interior design and CAD classes, we sat in the cafeteria to pass time except for Kevin who wanted to stay back at the library, and Zack who is flirting with a girl in her 2nd year. I sat with Mandy and Reeva debating about their favorite star wars characters. While Reeva said the best star wars character is Luke Skywalker, Mandy bit her back saying Darth Vader is the best. Okay, one thing that makes Mandy pissed is praise some other star wars character than Darth Vader. She is obsessed with Anakin. Later Zack and Kevin joined us for lunch. Then we went back to our drawing class.

“I just started a book called The Disasters. It’s really good so far!” “You’re into sci-fi?” Luke raised his eyebrows at me. “I read that book a few months ago. I didn’t think you were into that kind of stuff.” “Yeah, I really enjoy sci-fi,” I replied. “Cool!” He smiled. “I never admit this to anyone, but I actually love my name because of Star Wars. I grew up watching it with my dad, and I used to pretend I was Luke Skywalker as a kid.” He chuckled. “Okay, I told you something embarrassing about me. Now you have to tell me something about you.”

“Are you guys ready to finally do as we were formed to do?” My eyes glared at Callighan as he lifted his head up to the sky. Once that loud howl came from him, we all prepared ourselves as the wolves charged at us altogether. All we could do was fight to our hearts desire. One charged at me and right when I thought life was over for me, the gunshots came right after him. Pow! Pow! Pow! Pow! However, those shots were not enough… -To Be Continued- The End of Book 2
