Alpha Of The North: His Weakness, Her Curse

Alpha Of The North: His Weakness, Her Curse

intoxicating. The blood on my chest began to seep into my skin, the scar rippling and fading as my AshBlood powers broke free of their chains. The rush of it was overwhelming and exhilarating. My senses sharpened, my body thrumming with a new, savage vitality. I could hear the flicker of the flames, feel every heartbeat of those around me, taste the magic in the air. Fuck. Even the shadows in the room bent toward me, as if recognizing me as their master.

Sinful Bond: The Devil's Temptation

Sinful Bond: The Devil's Temptation

Whispered voices filled the air, faint and echoing, too strange to understand but enough to send chills down my spine. Ash lifted his hand. His nails darkened, lengthened, curved—like demonic blades born from darkness itself. “Don’t move,” he ordered quietly. His hand took mine. He didn’t rush it, like this moment had to be felt fully. His fingers were cold but steady as he opened my palm and gently pressed it down on the glowing symbol beneath us. With a quick, sharp motion, his demonic nail sliced my skin. The sting spread immediately, but somehow it wasn’t as bad as I’d expected. My blood trickled out slow, warm and red, dripping onto the floor before Ash bent down.

No Second Chance, Dear X

No Second Chance, Dear X

“Drink it!" As the warriors stared in disbelief, Annatoria held the bowl steady, her blood dripping into it, the scent of roses slowly wafting through the air. The night was eerily quiet except for the sound of her labored breathing and the soft rustle of leaves in the wind. Asher, his strength rapidly fading, weakly lifted his head to watch. His vision blurred, but the smell of her blood, mixed with the roses, seemed to spark something in him, urging him to push through the pain.

CURSED BLOOD TO ASHES

CURSED BLOOD TO ASHES

now, I pressed my hands to my chest again and felt it race very fast. But the words had not come like a spell, they turned out as whispers. “Bind me to his aura, let him see me as hers and see only me to love.” Love. The word laced on my mind and just then, I heard a crack. I looked up, a part of the mirror shattered and sliced through my wrists. I winced, once it tore against my flesh. Blood started to ooze from it, I blinked my eyes trying to go through my spells. Blood had always been my weakness but I swear, I wasn't going to let it distract me now.

Bloodied Ashes

Bloodied Ashes

Lira (POV) The air in the cleansing room isn’t just thick—it’s choking. The stench of incense coils through my nostrils like burning hair and spoiled meat. They’ve burned the same mix every time—wolfsbane ash, marrow dust, grave lilies. It doesn’t just linger. It infests. I can feel it creeping under my skin, nesting in the hollow behind my ribs. A curse-wearing perfume.

ASHES OF BROTHERHOOD

ASHES OF BROTHERHOOD

I hated that he noticed. He chuckled low. “Good. ’Cause there’s blood coming, brother. You either pick up your cut or get cut out.” I turned to him then, eyes cold. “You ever think maybe blood isn’t the answer?” He leaned in close, voice a whisper meant to sting. “This is the club, Ash. Blood’s always the answer here.” Before I could reply, Griff’s office door slammed open and he stepped out with fire in his eyes and a paper clutched in his hand.

Ashes of Six

Ashes of Six

“Head of Nerezza House. She teaches Vampire Diplomacy and Inter-Species Relations.” She inclined her head slightly. It felt more like a warning than a greeting. Next to her stood a woman with a wild swirl of pastel hair that shimmered with streaks of blue, purple, and pink. It shifted as she blinked, brightening to an almost neon green as her gaze swept over me. “And this,” Calvin continued, “is Professor Ashleigh Dana, Head of Everley House and Professor of Experimental Spellcraft.” “Oh, she’s interesting,” Ashleigh said immediately. Her voice was bright and warm, but there was something chaotic in her eyes. “I like her energy. It’s all sharp edges and tangled threads. That usually means un

His Alpha

His Alpha

Ash throw fries towards his mate which make both Alex brust into laughter. After teasing Ash enough, both son and father start eating. The food was simple, soup and fried rice, but Alex couldn’t help but notice that his own bowl had what seemed to be a generous helping of chilis in it. He glanced up at Ash, who glanced back with a mischievous smile. With exaggerated apprehension, Alex scooped up a very small bite and tried it. It was surprisingly good. Very, very spicy, but otherwise good. And there were actually vegetables in it too, he discovered, though they were hard to taste beneath the overwhelming burn of the chilis. He wasn’t actually sure he would have any taste buds left when he fi

Iridian

Letting the cup drift from my lips, I let my tongue dart out and taste the sweet-smelling liquid. My face flushed instantly, my tongue tingling as my throat warmed. There was pomegranate laced with lemon and honey, with undertones of sweet cream. That small taste, I could feel it creeping to the deepest corners of my body, filling me with heat. My reaction must have satisfied Ash because a sultry grin formed on his face. He brought the glass up to his lips and drank, oblivious to the curse my friend placed on him.

Amy
Such a well written book and the story really drags you in, I’ve enjoyed reading this so much and hope a sequel comes out. I really feel this book should be printed, I’d read it over and over again. The book is long but it’s well worth it.
Therese Dahlqvist
The author has a fantastic ability to keep me on the edge of my seat and a great ability to describe the scenery around the characters. I find the characters to be mostly well defined and consistent throughout the book. There are some typos and incorrect grammar, but not enough to disturb me complet

Badblood

Badblood

Her eyes were so deep and blue and even if she's in a distance, looking directly into it was like she was in front of her. "What do we do now" asked Bong who smelled like shit. He just peed on his pants earlier. "Just wait on my signal" she whispered. Her eyes not leaving the Badblood. Below her were the villagers with their spears and swords ready. Fear was clear on their faces but it was overpowered by the determination to fight for their village. The Badblood closed her eyes and when she opened it in a second, they were gray. Her pupils gone and everything around it gone.
