I groaned and held my head, closing my eyes tight till it ebbed down. Ryu... I started to laugh. How I felt exactly? Even I didn't know. There were so many emotions. Fear, anger, hatred. But the greatest was despair. I wanted to disappear. This feeling... I didn't like it at all. I laughed and laughed. I didn't know why I was laughing. Nothing was funny but I was laughing. My heart was aching but I was laughing. My head hurt but I was laughing. I felt empty but I was laughing. It wasn't until I felt my wet cheeks that I stopped. I touched my face. I was crying. Why was I laughing and crying?

I'm in such a mess. While I was lost in thought, I suddenly felt strange and paused as I tried to control the bile that was forming in my throat. But my sensitive nose seemed to have caught a weird scent which in turn made my stomach upset and uncomfortable. I looked over at my colleagues and saw them smiling at each other while talking about something which apparently seemed funny. Not that I was interested in whatever they were laughing about. My only concern was to find the source of the thing that was making me feel irritated right now.

Well, that was not always a great idea such as if you were curious about the living status of a danger noodle. I thought about something funny and tried to project humor the same way. Holy shit! I clapped and jumped up from Theo’s lap. Everyone was staring at me with varying levels of amusement since they had no idea what I was excited about. My moods changed quickly, so they would learn to live with it on a more constant basis. “I did that.
