Apart from the bible being my favorite, Greek and Egyptian mythologies are also my favorites especially the Greek mythologies which are all about their gods. I mean it is fascinating that their god of science and message is the one allowing us to be able to contact people from afar. I have always thought about how we can call and send messages to people who are so far away from us, and it just seems miraculous to me. That is science which I also call magic. I pull it free, coughing at the plume of dust, and sink to the floor in a pool of blue velvet. I open it. Swan Mythology. It is exactly what I am looking for.

Honestly, none of this is going to plan, so it could go either way. Anyway… what’s so funny is that this is where the proverbial pen is mightier than the actual sword. If there’s one thing I learned from all the tales about Greek mythology I read while I was bedridden, it’s that Ares hates to be ridiculed. He’s a hothead and easily goaded. I don’t think he’s all that smart either. Just strong and fearless... Is being dumb the same as being fearless? I don’t know. Something to think about if I survive this, I guess?
