The room went dead quiet when I said I would take the prize, but that quiet did not last. A second later, laughter thundered through the air. Lily Smith was the loudest, doubling over with tears streaming from her eyes. "How else could she be the top seller?" she cackled. "A woman like her has to have skin as thick as a rhino." I ignored her snide comments and kept my cool. "Just to be clear," I said, "since the company so generously 'rewarded' me with bathroom duty, that's all I'll be doing for the next three days. He said very loudly. The few other cousins who were doing other things in the room stopped everything when they heard the news. Even the few who were still playing video games paused the games just when they were getting good, just to focus on this revelation. It wasn't long before everyone pointed right at them and just started laughing. Cameron and Krista also joined in on their laughter as a way to show they thought it was funny too so it could be less embarrassing, even though it didn't really work. I joked, but I seem to be the only one amused by the joke. This is embarrassing. Really very embarrassing.

Laurel slapped her head in frustration, and she looked like she should have picked dare instead. "Okay, so you guys better not make a joke of me, alright? I was late for class one day and the lecturer was already around. As I ran into the class, I accidentally tripped on my own feet and fell in front of the whole class. And to make the matter worse, I farted as I landed flat on the ground." Laurel explained as she covered her face in shame. Oh my God!! That must have been so fucking embarrassing.
