I just stood there like a statue. The creature tilted its head and smiled with rows of teeth that did not belong in nature. And I could only stare at the horror standing right in front of me. “Mine,” It growled in a twisted voice. Okay. Nope. This was no longer funny. Not weird-funny. Not my life is ridiculous kind of funny. Not even the kind of funny where you laugh because if you don’t, you’ll cry. This had crossed into a brand-new category. Immediate spiritual emergency.

Because of fear their ridiculous things would reveal the secrets of the whole community, they were also to be watched by the Magic Council.
