Contract Of Love

Contract Of Love

I can't just come out and say, "Remember the whole story with the crazy guy who asked me to have his baby last month, Miguel? So it turns out that I did get pregnant, by the way, can you pass me the salt? And that's why in the end I didn't say anything, I just smiled and laughed with them at their stories. Waking up at seven the next day was a nightmare since I had spent the last month waking up late, but just thinking that at the end of the month I would have a paycheck made it worth it. Working at the candy store was proving to be a wonderful thing, easier and more fun than any other job I had ever had, especially since the last few were in bars, restaurants, and diners with drunken idiots

The Hidden Twins of the CEO

The Hidden Twins of the CEO

A man said and his team started laughing. Hearing this, I fisted my hand in anger. I cleared my throat to get their attention. "I didn't know my employees can make these useless jokes in work time. Do I give you payment for these fucking jokes?" I shouted at them. Their faces went pale finding me there. "We are very sorry Mr. King. We will not do this again" One of them told me. I looked at Max and spoke up," I want their resignation letters the first thing tomorrow in the morning."

The proof reading for this novel is incredibly bad. The writing in general itself too also is very lethargic, it feels like it's written by primary going kid. I wanted to give the storyline some chance but honestly I could not due to incredible poor writing skills

I want to read this book because others have recommended. I have read earlier comments about grammatical errors that were really bad and some duplicate chapters. I was just wondering if they were corrected especially duplicate chapters because I have come across too many books with that issue and

Cycle of Cliches

Cycle of Cliches

She started laughing out loud, as if it was the funniest thing she had heard on a rain-drenched, starving afternoon. “See, how infectious our madness is. No one can escape it. But…okay…listen now. This thing…if you can do this thing, Jaanvi won’t tell him.” she said, her derisive laughter now settling in some sort of a crooked idea. “What?” I said. I just hoped she didn’t come up with the same rotten condition of sending my stories to The Assam Tribune or take up a few private tuition assignments like Nisim and she were doing. I wrote almost every day, trashed those the next day. Well, I didn’t trash them literally, but, felt that all that I had written was nothing more than zilch.

My silver-ringed billionaire

My silver-ringed billionaire

I wonder how many last warnings he has been giving me. I sat down and attended to a few men who came by for a drink or two. This place has one interesting benefit. I get to hear some people's sad stories, I've seen people drunk and cause funny scenes, seen a lot of break-up ladies and gents and all I have to do is entertain them as they entertain me. Hours later, I was attending to this dude who was telling me how he lost a contract… "So what are you going to do now?" I asked him

The Sin Between US

The Sin Between US

The room was filled with an infectious energy, a blend of friendship, humor, and the thrill of discovering life’s unpredictable beauty. As the night wore on, our conversation grew more relaxed and playful. We swapped stories of our most embarrassing moments, each tale wilder than the last. I recounted the time I had accidentally walked into the wrong classroom and sat through an entire lecture before realizing my mistake. Favour shared a hilarious anecdote about a disastrously overcooked dinner in her first shared apartment, and Gift boasted about her uncanny ability to misplace her phone even when it was in her hand.

THE BILLIONAIRE'S AFFAIR

THE BILLIONAIRE'S AFFAIR

“And girl, I know I’m lucky to even have a job in this economy.” “I know what you mean. I was a secretary barely making ten dollars an hour before this.” “Really,” she said, her eyes wide. “Really.” “So you know that shit rolls downhill.” I burst out laughing. “Oh, I definitely know that.” I launched into some of my funniest stories about Herr Klaus, and told her about how I’d ditched out that Friday night to go with Connor, and what I’d said to Klaus on the Monday when he screamed at me and I quit.

Until She Was Theirs

Until She Was Theirs

“Excuse you, I earn mine through emotional labor keeping you two from working yourselves to death.” “And hey, that’s a lifestyle choice, not a crime.” “Oh right,” I said, “The clown thinks he deserves a paycheck for telling us bad jokes.” “Correction,” he said, waving his slice like a wand at the both of us. “I tell great jokes that you two are too goddamn serious to appreciate.” Nolan laughed, shaking his head. “You mean those jokes that will make us question our sanity?” Cassian pointed at him. “You see? That’s the problem with you workaholics.”

Wow... writing 272k words is not an easy feat. You wrote such a wealth of words, I’m in awe of your writing. Speaking about this book- look at that cover! I want to frame it. The story has depth, twists and untold emotions. I’m still in starting chapters, but I liked whatever I read so far.

The Austin Arrangement

The Austin Arrangement

I'm an Austin now which means I could no longer work at Trix Bar,the bar that I've been working at for years. My hope was to continue working there so I wouldn't have to take much from the Austin's,but I understand that it isn't really proper.Wife of a Billionaire, pouring pints and wiping down tables it's not a believable story. I still had my job at the Gym at least.

Another Job Helen’s first week at work was a blast. She had no idea dull work could be fun if you were working with the right people. She’d often heard Mindy say things like that. It didn’t matter what your job was, as long as you got to work with fun people. Well, Mr. Mark Lewis had the market cornered on making the workplace fun.
