Future Trunks Time Machine Novels & Stories

"There's no time to cry, Carly. Go to Mist Valley. You have to go there. That's where the most effective cure, the Moonlight Flower, grows. I planted it when I was 18. It's the only hope left." We hit the road again. This time, I gripped the wheel and drove through the downpour. The broken werewolf ghost sat in the passenger seat, using his only remaining right hand to guide me. "Turn left… There's a pit ahead… Carly, hang in there." 18-year-old Ronan's voice grew weaker and weaker, fading like he might vanish any second.

I say and my parents drop their forks. "A parallel universe?" Mom asks. "How did he get here then?" Dad asks. "Well, my invention brought him here by accident. I call it the Inter-Universal Teleportation Machine 1.0. It transports objects and people," I explain, holding Travis, "from one universe to another. It's amazing isn't it?" "It is." Dad agrees. "The name's lame," Aimee comments with a deadpan tone. "You can call it the ITM-1, it's more catchy."

She wiped a tear from her eyes as she went and threw her mother’s sandwich and Root Beer away. “Good riddance," Jenna mumbled under her breath. She sighed as she walked back to her car. The time machine, she thought. How silly was that? Time travel wasn’t real, but she had a few hours to kill before being home. She started the car and headed back to the museum. When she arrived, the museum was only open for forty-five more minutes before closing.

It was what I had written during one of the rare moments when I was conscious, before everything went dark. [I still couldn't buy a new outfit. I wanted 100 bucks to buy a nice set of clothes, so I could say goodbye to the world properly. Now, it's clear that's impossible. I used to hate Mom and Dad. I hated them for never caring for me. But now, as I'm dying, all I can think about are the memories from when I was little—when they took me to fly a kite. I was so happy then. If only I could go back to that time, living carefree."

It was followed by a flash of white light. Hannah's figure became increasingly blurry. It was as if she were being scattered by the wind. She quickly shouted at me. "Evan, you have to live well. Wait for me. I'll come find you." When she opened her eyes again, she had returned to her senior year of high school. She looked at her phone. The date had gone back to the 21st of February. It was the day the time-space distortion first appeared. But this time, my voice no longer came from the empty space.

I narrowed my eyes at a brown clock on the table as we made our way outside. "What's this?" I stopped to pick it up. "That's just my time run." He said, receiving the rusty looking clock from me. "Don't touch it, it could be dangerous." "Dangerous, how?" I resumed walking while he led the way. "You see, for three years now, I've been working on a time machine, but that's never happened. No success at all." He began. "Okay?" I raised a questioning eyebrow at him. "But I managed to come up with the time run. It's a reverse clock that takes you to twelve noon the day you use it." He explained even though I was unable to comprehend.

I should be focused on Ava and Reece, and this moment, I shouldn't let the past be brought into my present, no. I question myself, if whether I did actually move on or something. After leaving Colton's office earlier, my mind keeps tempting me to go back in time, to those last days, before she was gone from my life. There's been a slight anxious feeling, that has touched my chest and I've been doing everything possible, to not let it overtake me. " Skylar?" I snap out of my thoughts, and look at Reece, who looks at me with a frown. " I made some cookies, come on, grab one." He says.

I was trapped in between wrong and right. "Relax babe, you don't have to answer me right away. So don't stress that pretty little head of yours so much. Just come to my room tomorrow right at five p.m. And if you don't come, then I will take that as a No," Biting my cheek, I contemplated how to reply. Cupping my jaw, and leaning in to press on the corner of my mouth, taking me by surprise. I stared at him with broad eyelids. "I'll be waiting for you"

I say hesitantly and look at Maddy. "Just trust me for once, Damn," he says with a chuckle. "There will be no Tammy or Frank and no need for Mohammed Ali over there to get back in the ring. I promise." Maddy looks over at Ant with anger in her eyes. "Calm down Killer. I know where to go." Maddy shrugs and passively agrees, as long as we aren't going to the club or anywhere near Tammy. We pile back in the truck and continue down FM 1096. "Where are we going?" I ask as we pull into a neighborhood.

Valentine said with a very slight interest. Scientist though he was happy to have raised the slight interest, he wasn't happy with the word 'future'. "I have to apologize to you, Young Crimson but time traveling to the future isn't possible right now. I could only succeed in cracking down the code to the past but the future is still to be achieved" came the disappointed reply from the scientist. "Then why call it a Time machine but instead it should be a past travel machine." Valentine joked and the Scientist laughed along even though not liking him constantly joking about his invention.
