I think we’re going to be good friends. An hour or so later, my chestnut brown hair is freshly cut. Cassidy has just left, and Hazel is now helping me blow-dry and straighten it. I decided to cut it to about five or six inches below my shoulders. Cassidy said it would be easier to manage that way, especially since I don’t really know how to do much with it yet.

GIA DAPHNE is friendly and we seem to hit it off well. She gave me side swept bangs and layered my hair so that it would be easier for me to blow dry it. I have to admit, I feel lighter with the hairstyle she did. She also suggested that if I was in a hurry, I can always dry it and put it in a messy bun. Her hair had always been a little wavy, but cut just above her shoulders, the big curls were now more noticeable. She smiled at a clothing store window, remembering how Zane had stayed with her at the salon. He had even gotten his hair cut right beside her, and the shorter style suited him.
