Axel said smoothly. "I could give you two humans for a sacrifice, what do you say?" Axel asked, thinking about the drug Lords that run their dirty in the city. Gabriel closed his eyes for a brief second before he sighed. "No. Instead of this. You're supposed to protect me until I sacrifice the sacred blood to my God and become the most powerful being. You'll protect me from everyone including you until I fulfill this promise to my God," Gabriel said calmly, his eyes sparkling with excitement as Axel contemplated.

He will reward your sacrifice with entry into the Garden of Eden.” Gabriel tried to take comfort in the fact he would not spend eternity being tortured in Hell, but it did little to ease his fears. In less than a day he would be dead. The idea wasn’t sitting well. “I don’t understand,” Harrison said, his voice heavy with frustration. “If God knows about all of this then why doesn’t he send us some help? An archangel. Angela’s POV I gazed up at the sky as I thought about how I met Lucifer. Prince Cleoffe is just sitting next to me while listening. “The first time that I saw Lucifer, well I already knew that he’s a nerd disguising as a bad boy.” I chuckled. “He really loves reading books that he can’t last a day without reading at least five different books. He’s also a workaholic, he works so much that sometimes he forgets to rest.”

He turned on his heel, his heavy boots clattering down the stone spiral stairwell until the sound faded into the lower keep. Gabriel picked up his wool cloak from the chair, draping it over his shoulder. He stopped beside Alexander, his shoulder nearly brushing the plate of Alexander’s armor. "Her core is quiet for now," Gabriel whispered, loud enough for me to hear. "But if you push your fire into her blood while she's still weak, the mark will react. Don't let your temper ruin the tether." Without waiting for a reply, Gabriel walked past him, his dark boots quiet on the stairs.

As I go down further I see three scars, one on the side and two very close to the navel, how did he get them? I don't know why my curiosity is piqued, but I'm not going to try to find out.
