He needed the answer. Shallie spoke, "Sir, I don't know where is she." George didn't say anything. She knew that his wife went early than him. She should be here at this moment. He wanted the explanation. Shallie continued, "Sir, she may be in the washroom." George replied, "Then check there." Shallie instantly ran towards the ladies' washroom, but she found none. She even checked the men's washroom for clarification. She lowered her head and said, "Sir, I don't know."

George defended, rubbing the back of his neck nervously. "I thought so too but– why are you here?" She asked again. "Umm…I came to see Blake!" He blurted out of the blue. "Me? Are sure it's me because – I don't remember you booking an appointment with me. Or is there any I don't know of?" Blake asked Zane curiously. "None in the record." Zane replied. "An appointment! Do I need an appointment to see you now?" George sneered, showing his disgust

George followed right behind, trying to look composed but failing completely when his arms wrapped around my waist. “You’re back,” he said quickly, like he’d been holding the words in too long. “I’m back,” I whispered. My fingers ran through his hair automatically, smoothing it down. Sabine’s tiny hands clung to my neck. “Did you bring Iris?” George asked softly. The question landed like a blade. His eyes lifted to mine immediately. “Did they find her yet?” My throat closed. I opened my mouth to answer, but nothing came out. Because I didn’t know.

"We are not giving him that." George stood in the hallway, jaw tight, good hand gripping the curtain edge. "He was in here," he said. "Near Georgia. Near you." "I know." "And you want to stand still?" "I want to think before I move." I crossed the kitchen and picked up my phone to call Rodriguez. "Because that's what he's not expecting."

George got up and went downstairs and called for Francis who answered straight from the kitchen, "Sir I am here.” George went into the kitchen, "did you go anywhere?” Francis shook his head, "no, I was just here sir." George frowned, “but my wife have been looking for you,” he was saying, he noticed Irene standing behind him, “she couldn’t find you anywhere.” Francis looked at Irene and then back to George , "maybe she didn’t see me, I have been here all along.”

Her heart skipped a beat as she answered, "Hello?" After a few seconds of silence, a calm, steady male voice came through. "This is George." Rhea was surprised. "George? Did something happen at home?" She had only met George a few times as a child, always in Nathan's company. They had never had any private contact with each other.
