Second Bloom

Second Bloom

The fourth book entered the world in May. Not with ceremony — none of the books entered with ceremony. With the specific quality of a thing that has been ready and is now available. The publisher handled the rest. She attended one conversation with a journalist, answered three questions with the precision the questions deserved, and returned to the practice.

Heir of Secrets: My Enemy's Child

Heir of Secrets: My Enemy's Child

When the call ended, he finally spoke. “They can’t publish through your account now,” he said. “Not easily,” counsel corrected. “No,” Luca agreed. “But they’ll try a different door.” My phone buzzed in my pocket, as if to prove him right. Noah. Text, not a call. Ari, someone just sent me a password reset code. For GoodNovel. My blood went cold. Legal’s eyes snapped to mine. “Tell him not to share it.” “He didn’t,” I said, already typing.

DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH

DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH

Chapter 28: The New Project The happy feeling from the launch of the Nora Vale imprint was still in the warehouse. It was like a melody that you know well. The first edition of the book was on the shelf. It was a reminder of a big win. Elena had been writing for over fifteen years. When she finished a project she always wanted to start a new one.

Taste Like Forbidden

Taste Like Forbidden

"What? What's wrong?" I turned the phone toward her. Her entire face went pale. "No. No, no, no. That's not... Riley, that's not possible." "It's already everywhere," I said, still scrolling. The video was on every platform. T*****r was having a field day. My publisher was having a meltdown. **A BELOVED AUTHOR'S SHOCKING LEAKED VIDEO — one headline read.** **SCANDAL: Bestselling romance novelist exposed in explicit footage with two men — another.**

Fated to the Queen

Fated to the Queen

I thank you all for your time and love of my work. You have no idea what it means to me. All I have ever wanted to do is write and get my novels out there, and with determination, I have done that. It's been a long road to publishing, and some places work better than others. Unfortunately, I'm leaving GoodNovel to continue my stories elsewhere. Hopefully, they will go to print in 2024. I'm unsure when my account will be removed here, but I am still available on Re.am Sto.ries and Dre.ame under Demona Maxwell. You can also follow me on Fa.ce.Book for more information.

I Swear, Let Me Love You Again

I Swear, Let Me Love You Again

It was nice to still hear from them and hear everything was going well with them. Today I was a bit nervous as it was the launch of my new book. I personally picked out a time and date after putting a lot of things into consideration. The book was a fictional novel compared to my other book which was non-fiction. It took me over a long period of time to complete the writing of this novel and a few weeks before I mustered up the courage to send it to my editor and then my publisher.

Independence Is a Good Look On Her

Independence Is a Good Look On Her

But I haven't been able to make up my mind about it yet, so I'm still on the fence. "Web novels?" Miranda repeated in surprise. "What kind of web novels?" Mindy smiled awkwardly. "Urban romance." Miranda was speechless for a while. Mindy was a published mystery novelist. Back when mystery novels had been all the craze, Mindy made her grand debut with "Murder Weapon" and sold half a million copies. Later in the same year, her follow-up thriller novel, "The Deserted School", broke her personal sales record in a very short time as well.

This is a good book. I enjoyed reading it. It’s been a week now with no new chapters. At least end the book with an ending instead of just left it hanging. It’s getting more interesting & I know the readers would like to continue reading it. You know the feeling without closure, no satisfaction.......
adowhatever

Alpha's regret: Omega's second chance

Alpha's regret: Omega's second chance

Fredrick's POV I lay on my bed, reading my new novel. The books I had ordered from Muna had arrived, and she still had no idea that I bought from her. I didn't see myself ever sitting down to read a novel— didn't think that I would ever consider it. But the moment Muna told me she was a writer and she already had some books published, I didn't think twice before deciding to make my purchase. What was worse? I was actually enjoying it.

Arrange Marriage to a Heartless CEO

Arrange Marriage to a Heartless CEO

“You got a contract with us, and the full contract was scheduled for signing last Thursday. The board’s been waiting to confirm your novel for the fall lineup.” I sat up too quickly, my head spinning. “I…I don’t understand. What novel?” BrightLeaf Publishing is one of the biggest publishing companies in New York. I have always dreamed of working with them, but right now I don't remember submitting any manuscript. A pause. “Your manuscript. You submitted it under Charlotte Kingston. Are you alright, Mrs. Kingston?” My throat went dry. “Yes, I… I’m fine. I was just going to come in today. Two o’clock.”
