I worked closely with Stuart before he died.” The sound of mattress springs squeaking and a bed banging against the wall suddenly had me laughing. “Karma would make a point of one-upping us.” Ghost smirked. “So what happened to you, Ghost? Did you grow up with the Henchmen?” “I wasn’t born into the club like you were. My mum remarried when I was ten, and her new husband was in the club. It was expected that I’d join up. I travelled around for a while after university before coming back here. I got my patch five years ago.”

“Was everything a fucking lie?!” I stood up straight. “No! It wasn’t all a lie.” I took a step forward as he took one back. “Kade, I… this was not the plan…you and me...” He scoffed. “I don’t believe you. But I do know how I am going to get the information I want.” I was no longer looking at the man who I had fallen for. Instead in his place was Ghost, the Mafia Don. Grabbing my forearm, he tugged me to the door. I began to pull back, but my efforts were futile.

I pinched it on the side so it wobbled funny. Later, Emily Moreno came out of a door. The girl is our batch mate, but I'm not that close. Because this is one of my rivals with Zedrick who is still dead to my wife. "Oh, hi everyone! The one I've been waiting for is here!” It approached Zedrick and kissed. "Long time no see, Zedrick. You look even more beautiful now." Zedrick smiled. "Thanks. By the way, you're here," replied my husband who was still looking at the chest of the person in front of him because he was almost spitting on the shirt he was wearing as he forgot to wear a bra.

"Isn't what?" He sighed. "Isn't someone he's going to have to run a background check on. My track record hasn't been great. There was this girl sophomore year who turned out to be dating three other guys simultaneously, and then junior year I had a thing with someone who ghosted me after two months because apparently she had a fiancé back home she'd forgotten to mention." He raised a finger in front of his face like he was deciding something. "Nahh... he knows exactly what he should."

I’ve seen him touch other girls right before my eyes but when it got to my turn I become disgusting? What was I thinking? He has a fucking fiancé there was no way he was ever going to pick me . I care so much that he has a fiancé ,I only said that to him because I wanted to seem cool now the realization has hit me. I’m not even up to a side chick talk more of a girlfriend, and the dude has a freaking fiancé yet I keep throwing myself at him , even though he has shown me rejection in many different colors. That explains why he ghosted me after shoving his dirty fingers into be at the back seat of the car . He probably went home thinking I’m not worth it so therefore he stayed away from me.

the other girl giggled. Casey bottled up the anger inside her and she dropped her shopping bags in her car trunk. "Hey that's Casey, Zach ex girlfriend" a guy pointed at Casey. "She's beautiful" the other guy commented. "Nah, have you seen Zach's current girlfriend? she's an angel. She's so pretty that she doesn't need make-up but Casey depends on make-up. I wish I am the one dating that angel" the guy stated with dreamy eyes. Casey fumed and she entered her car, if she listen to one more whisper about her, she's sure that she'll lock that person in a cell forever.

He's stolen my heart and I don't know what to do with myself. " Are you joking?" Roxie asks. " I'm not. We went to LA. I mean he took me to LA for a date. I asked him how he was able to afford expensive flights, drive a fucking expensive car and whatnot? Well, he took me to this sketchy place and that was when I found out the truth about him. His name's ghost, some badass underground fighter." " No shit." My friends exclaim.

Crystal was only joking about resigning, she didn't mean it but then Jack had taken it seriously. "You know what, I never want to be someone's privacy anymore, I never want to be hidden just because of what others might think. I want to be shown to the whole world by the one I love Crystal. I never want to be an option after work too" A tear dropped from his eyes as he spoke to her softly. "Crystal Mark?" he called out her name. "Its over between us" he announced calling off their nine to ten years relationship off just because of a silly argument caused by Red.

As I am about to speak, I hear a voice I recognise behind me. “Aimee, I don’t know you guys covered hospital news now”, Kyle says, and I roll my eyes and turn around looking at him. “Hi Kyle, I’m not here for work”, I say, and he frowns as I turn my attention back to the secretary. “I am his son's girlfriend”, I say, crossing all the fingers and toes that I can, hoping that she will believe my lie. Well, technically it’s not a lie, or is it? What are we? We are not even engaged yet, “I’m a friend of the family”, I say straight after, and she frowns, asking my name again.
