I whispered. Gina was shaking, terror flashing in her eyes. I wish I knew what to tell her but I knew nothing about ghosts. My brothers did but during their time as hunters, they dealt more with the physical. I would have learned about ghouls last in my training and it would have been light reading. "I think this is your unique gift as a vampire," I said since it was the only thing that could explain why she was seeing ghosts in the first place. "Seeing ghosts?" She asked, taking a few careful steps.

My breath was choked up in my throat seeing her state. She was drenched with her own blood that camouflaged with her red shimmering torn dress. Blood blanketed her entire face. Her flesh was torn all over by the shards of the crystal chandelier. Some shards even stayed still on her cheeks. What caught my eyes were the lines of ripped flesh across both of her cheeks from the corners of her lips up to her ears. “Why do ghosts appear with a face before they die?” I quivered and looked away. “She desires something that’s why she hasn’t crossed over yet,” Grip opened up.

in the evening when Angela and her daughter returned, they found the whole family seated at the living room waiting for them. They looked at them eagerly, it was scary to them, strings of thoughts ran through their mind, where have we gone wrong? What have we done? Angela breathed out loud, her heart beat faster, it could barely be heard by someone next to her, she folded her hands in fear tried to get words out of her mouth, but couldn’t, she had never been that scared in her life before. She was not ready to lose the battle yet, she was willing to do anything just so she could stay and make them pay for her misery.

"But I can not touch you." He nodded. "G...Gh...Ghosttttt" San suddenly shouted as she ran towards her apartment. It was a ghost. It was definitely a ghost.

Suddenly, Adrian realized that these individuals indeed harbored ulterior motives. Adrian expanded his awareness, and the sight before him left him speechless. The entire hall was now teeming with an array of ghosts and monsters. Among them were towering old men with only one eye, lanterns swaying on a single leg, malformed boys with just one limb each, women clad in white exuding a bone-chilling aura, and skeletal figures draped in human skin...

I move the glass closer to him and hear him whimper as I lift his arm, slicing his wrist with my nail and setting it to drain into my glass. “Now, is there anything else I need to know about my grandfather’s estate?” I ask him. He’s staring horrified at his wrist dripping blood. “It’s haunted.” “I’m a bloodsucker as you said, so I’m not scared of ghosts. There isn’t much that goes bump in the night that isn’t afraid of me,” I tell him. “Anyone come looking for the place recently?” I ask, making sure that my father hasn’t found it yet. “Yeah, another bloodsucker.”

I began to chant as I felt the blood of Ares mixing with my own until I could feel his power coursing through my veins. I lift my hand and outstretched it until my long black fingernail was technically touching the barrier around the clearing. I watch as the tip of my nails began to bend until it melt. I smirked before retracting my hand. "Ester darling, I see you are not happy that I am visiting you today." I spoke and summoned one of my crows. This one name was Ghost, he had a liking for lost souls that lingered on earth.He could spot them quickly, something I have used him for occasionally when I want to suck some of the souls power. There is nothing more delicious than a wandering soul.
