ALPHA TAHIRA CHAPTER 99 AIDEN'S POV. It was hard to concentrate as my gaze was fixed on Tahira, she was acting on the blood rage. Luckily for us, this creature hasn't trespassed the gate so we just went out to attack them. These were not invisible Gars or any sort of unseen creatures. These were large and ugly Hydes with big eyes to devour anyone's soul. They were scary as fuck and any mistake to trespass past the gates line, my family is doomed.

The greenish-blue glow was a little off, but nearly every single window was wide open! The frost wraith, Chloe, floated to the front. Her little face was wrinkled with worry. The Hungry Dead clutched his precious empty bowl. His drool threatened to spill from the corners of his mouth, but his eyes were full of concern. The banshee had stopped crying, sniffing and staring upward. The Poltergeist was holding some random rusty pipe, looking ready to charge up and tear the building apart… There were also the Hanged Ghost, Shadow Sneak, Pipe Phantom…

The Ghost. The hacker who had been messing with them. The one who sent the files about the 2018 fire. He looked younger than Eli expected maybe late twenties with sharp features, messy dark hair, and eyes that seemed to see too much. “You’re awake,” The Ghost said. His voice was calm, almost friendly. “Good. I was starting to worry the chloroform was too strong.” Eli pulled harder against the chains. The metal dug into his wrists. “Who are you? Why did you take me?”

“Who we are does not matter, what matters is that the Wolves will die tonight!” Zephyr huffed, produced out his sword, and quickly sprinted towards him. “Ha! Do you not know where you are? I am Ghost! You will not be spared tonight!” he replied. Seeing Zephyr rush over, Ghost steadied himself. “Wolf’s Howl!” Ghost howled, with that the attack started. Even though he looked barbaric and unruly, he was very careful. Seeing how many of his men had been slaughtered, even if he did not know who Zephyr was, he knew he was formidable.

They were midway across the path, in front of a cemetery when suddenly graves started opening. "What is going on?" Isabella asked, clutching onto Chris tightly. Chris was suddenly sweating so furiously but Ariel was cool and her face was blank and devoid of any emotions. They stood there watching six tombs open and six scary-looking ghosts walked out. Isabella was already whitish in appearance knowing who they are. Chris's hairs were all up and his eyes green, his normal sight nature. "GREETINGS TO THE SPECIAL ONE." One of them muttered. "GREETINGS TO THE LITTLE GODDESS." Another muttered.

My breath was choked up in my throat seeing her state. She was drenched with her own blood that camouflaged with her red shimmering torn dress. Blood blanketed her entire face. Her flesh was torn all over by the shards of the crystal chandelier. Some shards even stayed still on her cheeks. What caught my eyes were the lines of ripped flesh across both of her cheeks from the corners of her lips up to her ears. “Why do ghosts appear with a face before they die?” I quivered and looked away. “She desires something that’s why she hasn’t crossed over yet,” Grip opened up.
