Ghost In Library Novels & Stories

Was she dead? All this explains why the bus didn't stop, people didn't reply to her when she waved. They couldn't see her, that was why she was found in the cemetery. Austin stared at her and took a step back, this revelation alone almost blew up his mind. She was with a Ghost? Why can he see a ghost? "Oh my God," he muttered with his voice shaking, he ran past his brother and went into his room. He locked his door quickly, trying to stop Tasha or his brother from getting in.

She checked the time and saw that it was closed. She grabbed her phone. “You work at the library…right?” She shot it off to Joseph. “Yeah, what’s up?” “Was that the campus or city library?” “City…again…what’s up?” She thought. “I’m trying to find a newspaper article from 1858. Would you know if the library has these on file?” “What are you trying to find?” “Promise you won’t laugh.” “Promise.” “I have a ghost in my house, and I’m trying to figure out why.”

She put down the picture and ran to the sofa, her eyes sparkling with hope. “Mommy, you’re being lazy again! I’m going back to our old home to get the music box. Then, I can wake you up!” Seeing her determined to leave, I instinctively reached out for an umbrella, wanting to remind her that it was raining outside. Alas, my hand passed right through her body! In that instant, I suddenly remembered—I was dead. I could never protect her like before.

I was gone, and it wasn't as though they could speak ill of me now, not while my body was being buried in the ground. Even my mother-in-law came. She was already a frail, tiny woman, but seeing her there made her appear decades older. Grayson knelt before my gravestone, convinced he was performing some act of atonement. But to me, his presence was nothing more than repulsive. After the funeral, he returned to the small apartment. Alice, starved for three days, lay there, barely clinging to life. The moment she saw Grayson, fear overtook her—a fear she couldn't hide.

I couldn't help the eerie chill her smile gave me but I shrugged it off as Nora began our tour and although I knew every nook and cranny of the pack house I tried to view everything through Scarlett's eyes and not Elara's and I was amazed by just how beautiful everywhere was. "This is the library which no one ever visits anymore," Nora announced as we passed by what was my favourite room while I was still Luna. This library had been a random gift Silas had given me because he knew how much I loved to read. It had shelves full of all my favourite authors, a couch and a blanket placed just in front of a fireplace, and the perfect lighting. "Why doesn't anyone visit it anymore?" I inquired and

Please. I already stood up to return the book, when the light suddenly turned off and on. Oh my brother, I didn't say that you let me feel your presence like a ghost. Don't scare me like this. You know well that I am afraid of ghost. Until I just looked from afar looking at my brother smiling at me. To the door of the library. I fell the book I was holding. I hold my breath...brother... When someone tapped my shoulder. I was shocked with Hazel when I breathe fast. Why is this girl not even saying a word shocking me.

Instead of feeling sad, she smiled widely. She jumped off the bed, slid the glass door to the side and went to the balcony. There, she inhaled a deep breath. After a while, she chuckled alone. Once again, she recalled the frivolous dream of last night. The long-haired blond with the beautiful appearance lingered on her mind. “What am I thinking? Someone like that cannot exist in this world.” She shook her head. She smiled all alone at the balcony while thinking of him. She felt a weird kind of relief after knowing the ghost she saw in her dream wasn’t a female. She thought it was funny but at the same time, it was impossible to forget such a person who possessed an appearance that was like n

After a moment of silence, she whispered, “They say this place is haunted.” Jackson’s jaw tightened as he struggled with a response. Should he admit to her that he agreed with the rumor? Should he tell her that, like Mike and her father, he’d seen and felt things that shouldn’t have been there? He hadn’t even admitted that to the men. He’d only admitted to the place giving him the creeps. Something inside of him kept him from voicing it. It was as if voicing it would make it real. “I saw that woman looking out of the window,” Melody confessed. “She’s not right. She looks dead.”

All the doors on the first floor started slamming open and shut. Mike and Susan were holding each other tight in abject terror, eyes wide open jumping from one slamming door to the next. “Library, please!” I called out, leaving the east parlor toward the other end of the hallway. The slamming stopped, and my footsteps weren’t the only ones creaking on the floorboards. The library door opened for me and closed again. For the first time ever, I felt the electricity in the air all those Youtubers talked so much about. I realized it mean upset or angry ghosts around.

“Everyone has. Many times. She’s too busy flirting. She’s all the way in the back of the library so the librarians can’t hear her. Quite smart of her.” “I’ll try to talk to her. Maybe tell her to leave if I’m lucky.” He nods his head before going back to his work. Hmm, we have a flirt here. I walk through an aisle to an aisle. The giggles got louder every step. I swear if it’s a ghost I’m going to bolt out of here. Here. One turn, one more turn and I will see them. I close my eyes, just in case it’s a ghost, I’m not ready to be possessed. I take the turn to hear a gasp. I know that gasp anywhere.
