Find her there and don't go alone," "Thank you, Darcy," she winked at me before she faded away because the water dried up. I beamed and fist-pumped the air happily. New friend!

the Architect said, smiling cruelly, “I’m not the only one hunting you. The Board kept a hundred books on their computer. Scary stories, war stories, stories of monsters that eat stars. Now, the walls between the books are gone.” As he spoke, the alley began mixing with other worlds. Off in the distance, Maya saw a metal dragon from a space story flying above a candy forest. Ghosts from an ancient horror tale wandered through a futuristic city of glass. Everything was colliding. The long path had turned into a nightmare. “We need to go,” Julian said, grabbing Maya’s hand. “The Ghostwriter said the secret is in the title of Chapter 100. For one violent second, nothing existed beyond the mark around Naomi’s throat. The corridor vanished. The alarms vanished. Even the woman trembling against me disappeared beneath the image of Malrec Veyne forcing magic around her body after she had refused him. My power tore through the walls. Lights shattered overhead. The polished stone beneath my feet cracked as shadows surged toward level twenty-six, hungry for the demon who had forgotten whose House he stood inside. I could reach Malrec before Security did. I could tear his horns from his skull and make him swallow them.

Finally, I walk down with ghost behind me, I find a small girl laying naked on the floor. She's thin, too thin, her blond hair match mine only hers is dirty and matted on her head. Her blue eyes are hardly open, I can see bruises all over her fragile body. Taking off my shirt I cover her quickly and pick her up leaving this hell behind. "You're safe now baby sister" I whisper in her ears she closes her eyes letting darkness take her.

She whispers discreetly. "That a sick mother fucker was murdered in the East Wing of the club by one of the girls or that, they tossed his body in a drum and dumped him in the bin like trash?" I raise my brows at her, knowing that I am not being as discreet with the facts as I should. She gasps, clamping a hand over her mouth. "So it's true then?" And they are also invested in listening to what the Student Council Treasurer was telling them— a horror legend that was allegedly written by the Academy’s Secretary herself. “She was always working late— well, she prefers to— and would often be the last to leave the Dean’s building. Even though she was known to not be afraid of anything, there was one thing that creeped her out when she was leaving the building…” Arthur said as he held his cup of tea in one hand and the other gestures things as he tells the tale. The members of the Occult Club were so invested in this, as it was something they haven’t heard of, it was new and can be used for the upcoming Halloween event. “Then what? What i

I’m stuck here,” the ghost said. “Who are you?” Megan asked as she pulled my bib apron from its hook and tossed it to Evan. Realizing that he was still nude, he quickly slipped his head through the neck ties and secured the ties around his waist. I wasn’t sure, but I think he might have blushed. “I’m Matilda Crowley. My brother ran this funeral home.”

Instead of answering Lucy, Frank smiled at her, asking her why she would go that far even if she did not fancy their chances. "For Jojo." Lucy stroked her belly as she relieved her memories. "She was my friend, and one might even say that she's the reason Zac and I got together…" Then, her voice turned somber, as the memories became painful. "That is, until three days ago… We were hanging out at a karaoke bar when we ran into The Ghosters." She growled through her teeth, shivering and rubbing between her brow.
