observes. The silence stretches for ten agonizing seconds. Aiden is so stiff he looks like a statue in a museum. He tries to offer a polite smile, but it ends up looking like a pained grimace. Determined to break the ice, Aiden takes a heavy step forward into the living room and clears his throat. ”It is an absolute pleasure to meet you, Mr—” Rip.
