Goblin Sushi Menu Novels & Stories

I looked at the menu, trying to choose. "Have you chosen yet?" Nabrel asked gently. I pouted, shaking my head. My eyes remained on the menu. "I don't know what to choose. What's your best seller?" "We have sinigang na salmon sa miso. I'm sure you'll love that. We also have halo-halo with ice cream for dessert. Do you like that?" "Sinigang what? Is that fish? I don't eat fish, Nabrel. I told you."

Isabela began to place the white containers one by one on the table. "For the starter, I ordered mango and grilled shrimps. I thought this would remind you of the sea. You can relax while imagining that we are sailing on a ship." "For the main menu, there is cold smoked salmon with spiced rye crumble, pickles, and basil leaves." "Then for the dessert, I asked for grilled prawn and melon salad, mint crackle, pepper, and lime. I'm sure you'll like it." The corners of Frank's lips twitched. His eyes were fixed on the red shrimp that seemed to be glaring at him.

I raised an eyebrow at him and said, "Just admit it, you were jealous." "Damn right I was; you are mine," he admitted, staring deeply into my eyes, making sure I understood him. I rolled my eyes at him as a smirk grazed my face. Just then, another waiter came with the wine; he served us, and we placed our order. We both ordered a mas huni, which is a shredded smoked tuna mix with onions, chillies, and some other things, and then we ordered a lobster.

“What would you like to order, Deanna?” The woman smiled sweetly. “The usual, crab. I want spicy crab with sour sauce.” “Are you sure?” “Yeah.” Deanna nodded. Meazus ordered some fresh fish with sour sauce and some other seafood. They really enjoyed every fish that passed by the glass because of their unique shapes.

I wondered if he was purposely trying to appear more powerful that Edge. "Are you looking forward to witnessing your first gargoyle coronation?" Graves still held my hand. I pulled it away slowly, fighting the urge to wipe it off. "Sure." "I think you'll enjoy it. As you can see, we are roasting a goblin shark and there will be fish cakes, shellfish salad, and horseradish stew." His gaze bored into me. I wondered what the horrible smell was when I first came in. "Sounds great," I lied, trying to appear excited.

Hye Jin rushed over to me and patted my shoulder. I sighed. "Please take your seat. I didn't mean to make you wait." "Food!!! I'm starved!" The instant Hye Jin sat down; she opened the menu and started looking through the options. "What do you want?" I asked. She pointed to the lobster roll. "Oh...I see..." I smiled. "Hmmm... That sounds good, actually." "Yay! It looks delicious too." Hye Jin grinned. I sat down across from her and looked at the menu. There wasn't much variety, mostly seafood. The prices were pretty high, though.

Hikari glanced at me, then looked away. “Where did you learn that from?” I asked. She pointed towards the menu scroll hung on the wall near the entrance. Above the menu, there were drawings of table manners. I have visited that place so many times that I couldn’t count and never once noticed that worn out scroll. That was her first time, and she did. She placed the chopsticks between her lips and looked at the food in front of us. There were sushis, lobster, king crab, steamed shrimps, noodles, fried eggs, seashells, and prawns. Supplemented by soy sauce, ginger and wasabi.

Eric and Daniele's mood is still not improving after going through a long debate about the rumors that befell their company. As a result, Zoe was forced to accept the lunch menu she hated the most. Nigiri Sushi. Sushi served with rice topped with chunks of raw fish: salmon, tuna, squid, eel, or octopus. Zoe really had to fight against the fishy smell when she put the food in her mouth in the name of being uncomfortable, because she solved all the problems on her own.

"What would it be then? It's on the house for the two of you." "Ah we don't want to impose–" Jai tried to refuse. But Hanabi silenced him with a waddle of her rice pad. "Oh I'm not letting you pay. So! What would it be? Chicken and rice? Or wanna try pork rice with egg side? Or grilled fish with egg side? We prepared everything today." Darrion had stars in his eyes. "Ooh! Pork and rice! That one! With egg on the side!" Hanabi nodded firmly. "Oh I'll get you that. How about you Jai, dear?"

Room service? I opened it to find a waiter wheeling in a silver cart—no, an entire banquet. Korean abalone stew. Bulgogi wagyu rolls. Lobster tail drizzled in truffle butter. Garlic shrimp pasta. Grilled oysters. Sea urchin risotto. Extravagant. Overwhelming. Delicious. I stared at the spread, heart thudding for an entirely different reason. He didn’t ask what I wanted. He didn’t say much.
