Locked Out Over the Same Coat

Locked Out Over the Same Coat

Everyone reacted differently as they stared at the stack of papers. However, none of them gave Giselle the reaction that she was looking for. She dropped her hand to get a better look at what she was holding, realizing that instead of money, she was just holding a stack of normal papers. In fact, Giselle was holding the demolition compensation agreement that I had neatly folded and put in my pocket because I was worried about losing it. "Give that back to me," I said. "It's mine."

TRAPPED

TRAPPED

I remove my palm from his chest and chew on my nails. He moves away from me with guilt written on his face. He runs his hands through his hair and then hits the locker above me, causing a dent on it. Poor locker. “Shut up!” "Jordan..." I move closer to him. "No?" He runs his hand through his hair frustratingly. "Fuck!!", he swears. "You have to listen to me," I say slowly. "I'm not sure yet. I'm confused, okay? About all of this.” I know what I want and it is Don.

My Drop-Dead, Gorgeous Rebound

My Drop-Dead, Gorgeous Rebound

I asked as I rushed towards them. Klyd told me. Jigo was on a phone call. “Incubus I is on fire. Fae, I’m going to accompany you in the car and a few of the guards will come with us. We’re going to get you home. Jigo needs to go there ASAP.” Jigo had seen me and he approached while his conversation was ongoing. His arm gathered me to him and we exchanged a kiss. I nodded up at him. He didn’t need to tell me anything. I would do everything Klyd and the guys would tell me to do.

Locked in the Car Because of a Tarot Card

Locked in the Car Because of a Tarot Card

The first time I meet my girlfriend, Nadine Grant‘s parents, she stops me at the door. Her childhood friend and neighbor, Nick Lockwood, has just pulled a tarot card. The card says I'll attract trouble today, so I shouldn't go inside. Before I can say a word, Nadine reaches for the gifts in my hands. "Wait in the car for a while," she says. "When dinner's over, we'll go home together." I don't let go. "I've spent over a month getting ready to meet your parents, and you're not even letting me in?" Displeasure is written all over her face. "Andy, I'm doing this for your own good!" Before I can argue, she shoves me back into the car. Nick smiles at me through the car window. He says, "

Rejected by Them, Loved by Their Father

Rejected by Them, Loved by Their Father

Finch’s POV “Keep in contact using mindlink,” I tell everyone. “This one is named Joey,” Ari tells me as I open the door for us. “Joey?” I ask the young man in front of me. He is dirty from the fight, light brown hair and eyes. He can’t be more than 25. “Yeah, that's me,” he looks at us, then jumps his chains keeping him in place. “I don’t want her in here.” “Why?” Ari asks calmly while sitting down. “What is it about me that scares you?”

Just read this book yet again, and it just keeps getting better. It might seem a little cringy, but the Moon Goddess has a method to her madness. I just might start the sequel here soon, and I hope that it's just as good if not better.

Why are people complaining when the story is not completed as yet? The story is good and sometimes things happens beyond our control. Let’s just hold the bad reviews until after the final chapter. I for one am enjoying the book so far. People need to chill.

The Mafia Don's Captive

The Mafia Don's Captive

"Sir..." I hold up a hand, silencing him. Jojo groans as he gets off the floor, falling heavily against a nearby chair. He swipes a finger over the two-inch cut my knuckles inflicted on him and hisses, turning angry eyes at me. "You do know you've got a lot of explaining to do, right?" I nod. "I know. As I said before, I've got everything perfectly under control." We lapse into silence, the thudding sound of my heartbeat loud against my ears. I guess the next question before he mumbles it. "Who's the girl you took along with you to Bloom Bazaar?"

Breaking Locks

Breaking Locks

Her hair had been held in a messy sock bun. "Well am I supposed to be teaching you how to deal with pesky witnesses Serena? You know how this things work! Where's she?" Marcelo ran his own hand through his taper wavy hair, "Locked in one of the cells," "You let a witness live and to top it all, you bring them to the den! What's happening Serena? Is there something I should know of?" Their accents so thick in each and every English word they uttered, "It's nothing like that OK? I just am not down to killing an innocent citizen simply because she witnessed something she shouldn't have."

His Locked Soul

His Locked Soul

Joy creeps in my heart, realizing it. I silently admire his face. Everything has an appeal starting from his tousled hair to the overnight stubble. I try to memorize every part of his face to embed in my heart. As if it is not there already. But certain things cannot be bored even if we see them again and again. "Take a picture; it will last longer," Luc's voice startles me, and I try to jump from his hands. Keyword – try. He grips me firmly that I cannot move. He slowly opens his eyes, and the dark eyes look at me straight.

I enjoyed the love story. Also the way the characters & plots developed not dragging it out forever. I’m happy to read this novel, I don’t feel guilty for spending too much to enjoy the story. I love to support the writers but sometimes it can be too expensive for me. Thanks great story & considerat

Definitely keep writing. Your pacing was good. You didn't drag out particular plot lines. Overall, I really enjoyed your story. Please focus on the editing. It will improve your overall story telling. Good luck with a sequel.

Don’t Lock Me In Again

Don’t Lock Me In Again

A drop of water fell onto my bandage. "No one's ever going to touch you again." The door opened again. Dad stood in the doorway, holding onto the frame like he needed it to stay upright. He looked decades older. He looked at me, his mouth opening and closing. "William, I…" I flinched. My lips moved, but no sound came out. Judy watched my mouth, went still for a moment, then spoke for me. "He's saying… Don't lock him in a dark room again."

He is panting trying to make a strategy. "Fortunately I had set that trap hole while defending myself for an emergency escape. Now, I have to calm down for a bit. There must be a way to defeat that old fart. If I let him alive, I can’t imagine what would happen to this world." Koji is cornered. Suddenly, he sees Gede is standing right in front of him.
