Luveldom Academy

Luveldom Academy

It felt like my eyes were about to pop out of their sockets. I blinked a couple of times to remove the dry, burning sensation that had formed. "I can't really answer that, you'd have to ask a Witch or Warlock," I needed to speak to Vivienne about this. The full moon was near and I needed to prepare for it the best way that I could. "Merfolk transform into their natural form if they aren't already. They basically crave the flesh and blood of sailors," so if I were a Mermaid I would want to eat a human. Vera and Elliot are humans. Annalise is a human. They weren't sailors but I couldn't imagine eating them. Had my mother ever eaten a human before? My head was spinning and my stomach was churni

The Mermaid's Love

The Mermaid's Love

For me, it's almost time to go to bed. Yawning I reach the end of the Fiona Piers and start to climb the rocky shoreline to a small cove where our ship is docked. Being apart of a pirate crew means we can't dock at piers; not unless we want to be hung or we are raiding an entire town. Reaching the top of the rocky cliffs I walk for another mile before reaching the small cove. The landscape around me is a dense forest with huge elk herds hiding behind the trees. The only clue that they are even there are their calls to their members of the hood. I pause and watch a mother with two freshly born fawns play with each other. I laugh when the fawns run into each other and they both fall to the gro

Alpha Alexander

Alpha Alexander

Serena stood frozen behind the snow-covered brush, her breath locked in her throat, eyes wide in disbelief. The mist above the river had parted just enough for the moonlight to catch the figure standing in the water. But it wasn’t just a figure—it was something she’d only ever read about in stories told beside fireplaces or scrawled in worn, forbidden pages of old books. A mermaid. Ethereal, breathtaking, and impossibly real.

Triple Temptations: Mated To The Hot Triad Kings

Triple Temptations: Mated To The Hot Triad Kings

Marina's resplendent golden tail and the gilded scales adorning her delicate hands, not to mention her magnificent golden crown, left Astrid utterly captivated. Mermaids had long been relegated to the realm of legend in her mind, yet here before her, a living mermaid graced her vision. The overwhelming blend of elation and astonishment coursed through her, prompting her to ponder the mysteries of life beneath the waves. By the time Astrid finished perusing the book, the clock had struck 10:37 am. She had been so engrossed in the captivating tales that she hadn't realized morning had dawned. Fatigue began to creep in, and her eyes drooped, the lack of sleep taking its toll.

Leesa's Advent

Leesa's Advent

“It’s not every day they get to play with mermaids, I bet.” Until this moment, neither Radar nor I ever dreamed that mermaids existed, but when you grow up in a world where vampires, werewolves, minotaurs and trolls are real, not much surprises you. I do wonder one thing, though. Where do theses mermaids come from—Here, or There? More importantly, if they’re from the other world, are they dangerous, like everything else that’s come through? They certainly don’t seem to be evil, but you can’t judge a vampire by its smile, as the saying goes. I remember old myths about Sirens, lovely creatures who lured sailors to their doom with their beauty.

Pearl of his Heart

Pearl of his Heart

Alina was awed by the ethereal beauty of the mermaid. Her long, silver tail glittered under the moonlight while her skins shone like a pearl. There was a calming aura emitting from her which was alleviating Alina’s earlier anger against her uncle. Just looking at the mermaid was so relaxing and made her happy. “I can’t believe that mermaids actually exist!” Alina squealed. “I’ve been searching for one for so long!” She had read about mermaids and their amazing powers. The books she read were fictional but mermaids were faster than normal humans and quite strong too. They were known to be intelligent creatures which traveled from one sea to another in order to roam around the world.

Wow- a different type of romance. It has a hint of supernatural that led away from its cliche troupe. I am looking forward for Jason and Alya's progress in romance. The grammar is good as well. I look forward to more chaps!

This books needs to be on top. As expected of teatae, she never disappoints with her suspense and mystery along with the romance which feels so real. Although it's more of a romance but its all worth it. I don't feel regret buying coins to read this gem. Why the review limit is so short though? 😭😭

Maid for Him

Maid for Him

Rhea asked, her eyes wide with a flicker of awe. Isis gave a dry laugh. “Folktales. They say this kingdom once worshipped a mermaid. That she disappeared when people grew wicked. Others claim mermaids bless the good-hearted with wealth. But those are bedtime stories, Rhea. Fairy dust and fantasy. Come inside. When Amber’s done sulking, she’ll come crawling back.” Rhea hesitated but followed her mother inside. The door slammed behind them, echoing like a closing chapter. --- By morning, the unease hadn’t lifted. Dressed still in their nightgowns, Isis and Rhea stood at the dock, scanning the water’s edge.

is missing. I blinked for so many times underwater until my eye hurt but I wasn't mistaken, two mermaids are swimming in front of me now. They look dazzling and their tales are shining. They are glooming and aesthetic, maybe they glow to look at when you are on the water because they are too light in my eyes now. It is true that they will be beautiful.

This Transmigration Seems Somewhat Strange?

This Transmigration Seems Somewhat Strange?

Everything that a mermaid possessed from head to tail was valuable and a once-in-a-red-moon treasure, and so being caught by any race especially humans meant complete dissection in order to sell the important parts- which was literally everything. It was so dire that even selling a whole merman/mermaid treated with magic to avoid rotting was practiced, they were basically seen as some kind of special fish, which they kinda were since they possessed immersed magical energy capable of enhancing a person’s magical ability by leaps. With this, it wasn’t unexplainable why they were seen as rare commodities. Dina herself knew this from the plot but wasn’t the least bothered. After all which kind o
