I arrived back at my place just after lunch, I decided to take a quick shower and a power nap. My phone buzzed, waking me up. It was Brandon, I smiled picked up the phone. "Hey you, I miss you. I miss us." "Hey Brandon, miss you too. Where are you?" I asked lazily. I was still in my robe, I was slumped after the long drive. "At your door baby girl. Opened up."

But I'm getting there, and it's starting to get easier. I hope I didn't make you cry in my last letter If you got it. But If you didn't, then great. I hope that you got it, but I hope you didn't at the same time. Does that makes any sense? I hope to be able to hear from you soon, to hear how you're doing. I hope you love college, it's going to be a whole new experience for you, and a great one at that. I really miss you, and... I know this isn't the right way to say this, but.. his message read: Can I call you I miss your voice. My phone buzzed, breaking the silence. Daily messages and occasional calls had become our rhythm, a comforting routine. His voice, when I answered, was a warm embrace on a cold night. "Hello, love," he whispered as if sharing a secret. "How are you? How's Lil Bella?" The tenderness in his tone was love to my soul, soothing the ache of our separation. I smiled, feeling the tension melt away. "We're well, Niklaus. Missing you, but well." My voice barely above a whisper, I savored the connection, however fleeting. As I hung up I heard noises outside and then mom ran in and told us to follow her "Hurry!!!"

I quickly change into my sports bra and leggings, that stick to my body like paint. I put my hair into a high pony along with putting on my regular morning joggers. A sudden nostalgia hits me, making me check my phone. I open moms text first. "I know youll do great! I miss you so much and i know you do too but i wont disturb you with calls now. I remember barely getting any sleep and your situation wouldnt be too different. Just keep texting me whenever you can okay? I love you sweetie." I smile sadly, then opens dads text.

And before I know it, I'm already whispering…. "I miss you, Melissa."

◇RISHI POV◇ due to my silly behaviour I stayed away from her whole day but when she came near me iam really melted in her love I never get tired in loving her she said she is going near her parents I don't want her o leave me but I can't stop her because I can't be more selfish last night iam unable to sleep because iam addicted to her warmth did she also feels same like me oh God this feeling is killing me when I say that I miss you I really mean a lot you always stay in my dreams always in my heart can't really stay a moment without you can't really stay this way please come back soon as I miss you is all I can say each minute I spent without you makes me miss you so much each night I drea

I nearly dropped my phone when I read her last sentence. “I miss you.” She misses me. Tears filled my eyes and with trembling fingers, I typed out my message to her. Me: I’m so sorry for hurting you, Ruby. I love you so much and I never meant to worry you. I’m so happy for you! Good luck with your interview! I’d love to talk when you get back. I miss you so much. I re-read the message before pressing send. Then I sent another message. Me: Who stopped by this morning?”
