I slapped my face with my palms, raising my eyes to meet his dark smirk. He leaned in, his hot breath brushing against the nape of my neck. “Don’t worry, you can wear that and still look incredibly sexy.” I trembled due to the intensity of his cool voice. That smirk is still there, imprinted on his perfect face. He tips my face gently, before planting a kiss on my forehead. “Goodnight, vixen. Dream about me.” He says, before walking out of the room, my eyes followed his every movement. Is the goodnight kiss part of the fake dating thing I signed him up for?

In a breathless voice, Max says, “Thank you for agreeing to go out with me tonight.” “I had a lot of fun, Max,” I tell him honestly. Max looks relieved. We go inside, and the rest of our evening is quiet. Before going to bed, Max kisses my cheek and tells me, “Goodnight, kitten”.

Me: I'm sure that's what happened. After I sent the message, my phone didn't buzz again until a minute later. Tyler: I told you I'll find something to tease you about ;) Even though he couldn't see me, I rolled my eyes at what he said. I send a response. Me: Whatever Tyler. Good night. Instantly, my phone buzzed. Tyler: Good night, Mickey Mouse ;) I shook my head, before replacing my phone on the bedside table. A few minutes after I put my phone down, I was asleep.

There was a pause. Then light snores. Ivy giggled. Did he just doze off? "My offer for coming down there so that we can go to Kosha together still stands. I feel terribly sleepy, so goodnight," a yawn. "I love you." Then the voice note came to an end.

"Are you going to bed?" Her blush was so cute on her face and I couldn't help the smile that crept on to mine "No I don't sleep. At least not for more than an hour. Don't worry get some rest. Goodnight" I placed a kiss at the tip of her knuckles and looked up to see the blush ran across her nose. "Good night" she whispered back before I left the room
