After minutes of tossing and turning in the bed, I switch off the corner light and try to get some sleep.

Give me a break. “Goodnight, blondie. Go to bed” I texted Axel, not waiting for response as I quickly dropped my phone. It was time for bed. Bed and nothing else. Every other thing comes tomorrow. “I’ve had enough Beckett’s for the day as it is” And just like that, I snuggled into my comforting sheets. Letting the bliss that came with them carry me into what I prayed would be a dreamless sleep. Cause believe me, I do not want a repeat of last time when I dreamt of that douchebag!

I lay there on the bed watching the ceiling while I waited if he was going to text me back. My phone peeps I quickly unlock it and the words he texts made me foolishly smile. His text goes, "sleep well then my baby girl. In my dream tonight I'll kiss you and hold you there in my arms" I turn to the other side of my bed clutching my phone. I am flattered with every word he texts me. "Is this love" I whisper with a smile before I finally close my eyes.
