They were chaos themselves! “Those are the chaos beasts,” Reiki answered. “The Wolf that devours the world, Fenrir.” “The snake that constricts the universe, Jormungandr.” “And the giant whose flames act as a furnace for the universe’s destruction, Sutur.” Mane’s heart trembled as Reiki told him the names of the beasts. They carried power like no other. Their aura combined, was comparable to that of the Reaper! How significant was that! Even the Watchers could not match up to the Reaper; yet these beasts possessed the strength of the Reaper!

he replied to me. Why does it sound so...Greek? These are the monsters in Greek mythology. More so, they are called titans but here, they are called demons. Who would think that these are true in the human world? If I hadn't stumbled upon Wysteria, I probably wouldn't have believed them to be true to this day. After all, Greek mythology is not real. They are just stories from their Greek ancestors. "It doesn't look like the monsters are easy to attack," I commented because even though I couldn't see the others, just thinking that there were many minotaurs and serpentines that I was sure was a big snake scared me.

I muttered gulping in air. "Well, what happened with you!!" The guy who had helped me asked. "I can't really say but a beast attacked me while I was foraging for food" I replied hoping they bought my lie. "A beast??? What do you mean by a beast??" Someone asked amongst the others. "According to ancient myths, there lives a beast in the deepest part of the forest, they are called the RAGUS. It's just a myth and no one has ever come across it" A girl in glasses explained.

he yelled as countless arrows flew towards the beast. "Why are you all dumb like this" the beast said unconcerned with the arrows aiming him. He speed off with great speed,he saw all the arrows moving at slow motion. Blue streaks was seen passing randomly through the midst of the arrows as the arrows turned back towards the Tryus warriors with more speed killing unlucky ones as well causing injuries to some of the warriors .The warriors remaining decreased drastically. "Surrender to the kingdom of Persia or you die"the beast said to the king of Tryus.

"Oh! The snatchers." I had seen their paintings before at the fortress. Selma had told me that they were cruel and violent mythological creatures that were sent by Zeus to punish humans. The birdwomen in those pictures looked ugly. Why does Laelia have to look pretty even as a beast? Her wings were so majestic and her hair was gorgeous.

Jack says. I nearly crack my neck turning it to look at him. "What? Why?" "Well, the path to the river is dangerous. It's guarded by the Styxian beasts," Jack explains. "They're vicious creatures and won't hesitate to attack us if we get too close." "What do they look like?" I ask, trying to picture the monsters in my mind. "They're like hellhounds. A giant dog with three heads. Except these have wings," Jack replies. "And they have razor-sharp claws and teeth. We need to be prepared if we're going to make it out of here alive."
