The Unchosen Path

The Unchosen Path

"You aren't wrong you know. The things known to modern society as Greek Mythology are barely a shadow of the truth. There are bits of it they got right, but much of it was just Hermes having way too much fun spinning stories of the lives of the gods to easily influenced humans." Hermes, was the herold of the Greek gods. He was also known for his mischief making. So I suppose the misinformation made sense. "Why are you telling me all this? Why now?" It was the questions that made the most sense to ask, and right now that's what I needed. I needed some dots to connect. I needed some things to add up. There was way too much mystery and not enough facts, and I was getting tired of it. Zeus studi

For bitter or worse

For bitter or worse

The houses around me are getting bigger and more luxurious the more we ride up the mountain. Right before we reach the summit, Hermes steers Agape into a road that turns left. “You are meeting Hecate, Selene and Nix at Nix’ place, but I can’t follow you on the last road to Nix’ house. She banned me from the entire street after our last party. You take the next road to your right and keep riding until you see a silver and black gate, it’ll swing open when you approach. Agafya will wait for you until you are finished here and she will find me when you want to go home.” Hermes says, riding off into the sunset and throwing a kiss over his shoulder, leaving me guessing in who Nix and Hecate are.

Hunters: The Prequel

Hunters: The Prequel

Yes, the handsome man in the middle was indeed Perseus, Hermes’s half-brother and Zeus son! “Your heart isn’t filled with war and strife. Following Ares must be torture for you. Why then do you do his bidding, brother?” Hermes finally lifted his sunken head to reveal half of his face. His face was as pale as ice sheets, and his eyes dull without any light. There were dead skin tissues all over his face, and his lips were hardened with the dried blood that coated them. He looked like a man with one foot in the grave. Any who would have seen him would have been shocked to find this was his current appearance. For what kind of God looked like this!

I hope that’s not the end end. So many left off pieces of the story all his friends on the other world, all the other gods story lines, he’s only used his blood born weapons and armour twice. Hasn’t even made it out of dreamscape yet. Still have everything in true verse going on while he “asleep”

The Heartless Princess

The Heartless Princess

He opened to the marked pages and turned on the lamp beside his bed, leaning back against the sheets. "It is characterized by a duality so perfectly designed by the gods that it is not a palpable choice not to mention it that the ambiguity of the sexes belongs to only those celestial and sacred creatures. In antiquity intersex gods were sent to earth to take power over decisions and command fierce empires full of misfortunes driven by glory. It is a totally mythological connivance that they were named after the union between Hermes and Aphrodite. The denomination "Hermes-Aphrodite" hermaphrodite it refers to the son Hermaphroditus, typically circling Greek mythology. Among all these myths, t

Forever in the Past and Forever in the Future

Forever in the Past and Forever in the Future

Mother says in a damning tone. “Iokaste,” a man’s voice says from behind me, “word has traveled that you have devised a plan to bring balance to the Manae.” A man sitting behind me says. I turn to face a muscular blonde man with curly hair. He’s wearing a short toga, with a metal hat, and winged sandals. Hermes, Messenger of the Gods, is addressing me as if I didn’t just suck almost all the life force out of Zeus. Zeus’s energy is still coursing wildly through me. I swallow hard as I find room for it to be contained in my soul so it doesn’t affect my decisions. Even contained in its spot, I feel the power of the staticky force crackling inside me, begging to be released.

I just finished Book 2 and it was wonderful! So many emotions to work through and so devastated by the death of a beloved character T-T (no direct Spoiler). So excited to read the next book in the Blood River Universe AND Book 3 of Kas and Bronx’s story. <3

I started mindlessly, thinking it was cute. But it turns out to be WAAAAY better than that. The story is well written, the plot is riveting, and the characters are so genuinely full of life, it is a bliss to read through. This masterpiece has everything of a best-seller! ...️

The Veil Of Time

The Veil Of Time

Some even say you're the god of trickery and the slayer of monsters," she said. ''Legend says, what about you? What do you believe?'' Hermes asked. ''Well like I told Hades, I aspired to study mythology in college," she said, squeezing my arm in hers, "so I don't just believe everything I hear." ''She really is the one for you, brother. You must protect her,"'' Hermes said. "I will," I replied. ''I have to go now. Olympus will probably fall apart without me.'' He said with a chuckle as he got up to leave ''I'll send Hypnos down later to congratulate you,"

Legendary Goddess

Legendary Goddess

Then suddenly I remembered what my father said when he gave me the sword. "My dear, always remember that this sword is special because it came from the Greek god Ares who is the God Of War. He made this sword himself" father said "But father, it looks like an ordinary sword. How can it be special aside from the God of War Ares is the one who gave and made it?" I asked "Just concentrate and think about what you want and it will be the thing you wanted it to become," father answered Right! That's it! Now I understand that! I immediately raised my sword and closed my eyes and concentrated.

They often would try to pair her with Vulcan despite knowing that he was in love with Roula. The last one in their group was hardly ever with them. When he could, he would be off pranking anyone that he could. He was a leaner version of Apollo and seemingly in his shadow as well. Merc Moon was pretty fast. Only the other gods would be able to see him when he was running about. It was as if he was the wind. Hermes would often get a glaring look from Jupiter. He wanted to make sure they didn’t call unnecessary attention to themselves.

"We'll talk to the squad, I'm sure they'll understand you as long as you don't have any more intentions of killing the Divine one." "But–." "But we have a bigger problem here, because when I saved Hera, Jisor and I fought with four weird people who tried to get Hera from us ." "The hoplites." We all whipped our heads behind us when Ceres spoke. "Hera called us before she got into an accident that she was being tailed by the hoplites." "Who are they?" Jiroo asked. "They seemed so skilled in fighting." "Joy, Yael, Mona and Daren. They are the ones sent to find Hera and now that they know where Hera is, she's in danger."
