Griffins Dragons Mating Novels & Stories

She fixed her eyes on Cory’s side face and asked, “Is that true, Cory? You really told her that? We are mates for the Moon Goddess’s sake! How could you-” “Dragons don’t do the mate thing,” Lennie interrupted her rudely, “Mate bond is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. We dragons won’t allow anything or anyone to choose partners for us. We just choose whoever we like and be with them.” She curled up her lips to a snooty smile, and then looked at Cory. “Isn’t it, sweetie? You proposed to me in the same season. You don’t buy the mate thing either. Compared with your allegedly fated mate, it’s me you truly love.”

He had a very large erection. “I must tell you a secret about dragon mating,” Drago said, and I nodded, not taking my eyes off his erection, fascinated by how hard it was. “We too mark our mates, in a similar way to how a wolf would, but we impregnate our venom. It is painful, though not that painful; however, it leaves a mark of my scales. It is a symbol of belonging. I hope that doesn't bother you...” “I have a crescent moon on my neck; I belong to a wolf. That's the least of it,” I said to Drago and smiled. “You will have my mark always; that's much more pleasing.”

Blaze is feeling restless. He came back inside the palace, after the brides ran away into the forest, to wait for the dragon, whom they like. They would be given a couple of hours head start and the dragons would follow the scent of the woman he likes to claim as his bride. The newly mated couples would emerge somewhere around the next day or two. Then, there would be a ceremony that would be held to celebrate their mating. It would be held after two days. It's been a couple of hours and the dragons must have already found their mates. But for some odd reason, Blaze is restless.

“The final step is to mark each other in our dragon forms. The female dragon takes flight, then I will chase after you while in my dragon form as well. Once we are high in the sky our dragon’s will mate, then as we orgasm together during a free fall our dragons will bite each other finalizing the mate bond.” “Wait, so we will be having sex as we fall fast to the ground. Won’t we die?” “No, our dragon forms will disconnect before we hit the ground. Then we fly together side by side in front of the horde.” “That sounds amazing. You promised you’d tell me about the war.” “I did? Are you sure?” I say jokingly. “Yes. Yes you did Alaric. So spill if you want me to tell you if I accept or not.” She

“Dragon Warm Heart left right after you fell asleep. Something about licking and not needing to choose one mate. He hasn’t re-emerged, so that should be interesting. And Dragon Grumpy Pants also went into the woods with his sprites, although much later.” I feel Cayd’s lips press against my back. “Don’t worry, Madelyn. At heart, the dragons are all pure souls, even the Ddraigs. The sprites are hard to resist. That’s why so many wolves are mated to them.” My mate could feel my concern that these dragons might do something to upset or hurt the sprites. “How does that work? They’re so small,” Toddre asks.

"Because a certain young black dragon was getting too big for his scales. I don't haunt the Cris, but neither will I have my access to its wide plains cut off at some youngling's prideful whim. And well he knew he had bitten off more than he could chew when I arrived. So you could say, your survival is an accident of fate. Or you could say, I took you from him, simply to assert my dominance. Or, you could say he actually saved your life, because he just had to issue a challenge." "You didn't appear to have been in a fight," Gwyneth offered. The dragon laughed again. It was derisive, but she had the odd feeling it wasn't derisive towards her. "He's young and dumb and in a mating mood, but he'

Creed smirked, “There is this thing that happens between dragon mates that I want to try with you. I never thought that it would work between us, but when I saw the fire on your hands I thought, maybe.” He hesitated for a minute while he searched my face for a reaction. I just smiled and waited for him to continue. “When dragon mates combine their fire, it’s supposed to be an intimate moment between the two dragons, but it’s a way to heal your mate. Don’t worry, it won’t complete our bond or anything, but it’s been said that it brings you closer. When our fire combines, it lets out some kind of power that will engulf both of us as it heals you. I don’t really know what it will feel like. I’v

"She was a potential true mate for him. It hurt him deeply to lose her, even though he never claimed her." Madelyn cuddled closer to him, her gray eyes filled with sorrow. "So if he gets too close to Charlotte, he could mate her by accident? I still don't fully understand how dragons do that." Grigori chuckled. "Do you need a reminder of exactly how we mated?" He leaned in, kissing her and relishing her sweet taste. Madelyn finally put a hand on his chest and gave him a little push back. "You know what I mean. How do you choose to mate someone at that exact moment?"

All eyes turn our way. “Good evening Alpha. Has something important happened to have called this meeting with the high warlock,” elder Franklin asks. “Yes and it involves your niece Gabriel.” Gabriel looks at me with shock and worry on his face. “Is everything alright? What’s wrong?” “Everything is fine Gabriel just don’t kill me,” I laugh. “The silver dragon has turned out to be my mate.” The elders burst with excitement sending congratulations my way. I continue to look at Gabriel. “This is interesting. A silver dragon has only mated once outside it’s species and that was like a thousand years ago with Ryuu’s daughter. She mated with a wolf,” Dimitri states. I continue to stare at Gabriel.

I’m equal parts happy that he is taking my feelings into account and sad that he’s avoiding his son’s mother. ‘It’s not the same for dragons, Merethyl. Female dragons lay eggs and hatch them. Males have never had a role in that part of the process. Then, when they first hatch, they can’t fly and their mothers are extremely protective of them. Even in mated pairs, some females become so protective of their young that they won’t let their mates near them. So, it’s not uncommon for males to leave the females alone during this time. And, since Zephyr was hatching an egg, she would have been in her dragon form non-stop. So, it’s not like I could have called her on the phone to check on her. Even
