The Exiled Dragon

The Exiled Dragon

"Apollo was the last of his kind, a black griffon. Griffons hold the body of a lion, strong heavy muscles, and the head of an eagle with talons on his front legs. Feathers from his wings to the top of his head. He was large, just as big as any alpha dragon, and had lived a long time before finding me. Apollo waited, hoping the gods would bless him with a mate to preserve his kind. Still, he lost hope until he left his home and traveled here from the other side of the Northern Mountains. My mate wasn't sure how to approach me, how our bond would work. It was unheard of to be mated to another species at the time, so he proceeded with caution." Mother grabbed my hand, pulling it into her lap, t

The Alpha Princess And Her Dragon Mate

The Alpha Princess And Her Dragon Mate

They didn't bother much with humans, they saw them as weak and were at the very bottom of the food chain. Dragons were hot blooded, they burnt with ferocity as much as they did with lust. And they were those amongst them who liked the pliant and weak Humans in their bed, which was why seeing Dragons in human Brothels such as this one was common. Like Werewolves, Dragons had mates. Unlike Werewolves, Dragons could only mate once in their lives, they cherished their chosen mates. A dragon's mate was their inverse scale, those who were lucky enough to find their mates cherished them.

Dragon King's Human Mate

Dragon King's Human Mate

His proximity was distracting but offered an odd sense of comfort. "Allow me to explain the dragon concept of mating. We are given a mate by the goddess Delphyne and can accept them as partners if we wish. However, if one partner does not wish to continue the bond, we can sever it with the help of witches. However, breaking the bond causes both partners to gradually lose their dragon abilities, and ultimately, the dragon dies. In some cases, both the dragon and the master may die prematurely," Darcus explained, reaching for a nearby blanket as he noticed me shivering, despite the warmth of the nearby fireplace. "Fascinating, but I'm a human, aren't I? So how can I be your mate?" I asked. Dar

Evolve to Survive

Evolve to Survive

Because of this, it was the only super reptile that could survive mating with the Draco. It annoyed the Draco that the other members of the pack could not keep up with him. Due to this, he allowed the newly migrated male super reptiles to mate with the female reptiles of their pack. The two apex creatures approach each other and rub their necks together. They lightly growl indicating their care for each other. The Draco then pulls away to look at the three large eggs. It looked proud. It finally managed to produce offspring that had the potential to be as strong or stronger than him.

Rain’s Fire

Rain’s Fire

On the desk sat a large white covered book with gold dragons on the cover. Rain walked to the desk and waited for me to sit down before she opened the book and scooted it closer to me. She then sat on the corner of the desk facing me and said” If you read this part of the mate book you will understand the mating ceremony. After I will tell you about how Reya is and what to expect from us as your mate.” I looked into her eyes for a few seconds and then began to read. The book was old but the pages were pristine and the letters in gold. It didn’t take me long to read the few pages on mating a dragon woman. I now understood why Rain held apart of herself back from me. Dragons, no matter the gen

Dragons And Their Little Mate

Dragons And Their Little Mate

In no time, his cock raged and he mounted Brishor from behind. When the two were lying side by side, they turned their bodies to look at their little mate. They both had exhausted her completely. Brishor removed the strands of her sweat slicked hair from her cheek. “Isn't she beautiful?” he murmured. Chezzal had thrown his leg over his thigh and his arm over his waist. He too stared at their little mate. “Yes, she is,” he murmured back and kissed Brishor’s shoulder. Finally, the two dragons had found their mate. Their bond was complete and their human mate was now a dragon. What else could they ask for?

I loved this book. The only thing I would recommend is that the series to be marked so everyone knows that this is the 3rd in the series. How it all starts with Ludwig and Penny and ends with Bhishor and Mereyl. This would be a big help to readers like me. All of the books in this series were awesom

Mishak will never disappoint! I have read several books and love them all! The stories have enough detail to make you get lost in the story without dragging out plots. Characters are well defined and not the same from book to book. I honestly don’t know how this author can write so diversely! ...️...️...️

Sacrificed to the Dragon Prince

Sacrificed to the Dragon Prince

"This doesn't feel like love!" “The drive to copulate is powerful for a newly mated dragon. He was trying to complete the mating bond. All feelings are intense for dragons--anger, passion, lust, love, fear. He’s never mated, never even explored options with a pet or willing drakaina.” She wipes her brow with her free hand while the other hand holds me in place. “He put himself on this stupid mountain as far away as possible from the dragon court to get our father off his back about producing heirs.”

The writing is clunky at times, but the story and the characters are mesmerizing. This was my first dragon romance, and it was incredible. So glad the sequel has already started because the ending is criminal. I want to see all my favorites find their happiness.

Dragon's Breath (Book One)

Dragon's Breath (Book One)

Flavius questions with his brows furrowed in confusion. "She is the high priestess of the horde, and the one who will be in charge of our mating ceremony," I tell him. "What’s a mating ceremony?" He asks, sounding even more confused. “Right, I guess I have never explained much to you about dragon culture. It is like a marriage ceremony. It will complete our bond," I say with a soft smile. “So, it’ll be like we’re married,” Flavius murmurs to himself with a light smile.

Frequently Asked Questions

Dragons in fantasy novels have some of the most fascinating mating rituals, and it really depends on the author's imagination. Some depict them as solitary creatures who only come together for brief, fiery courtships—think aerial dances where they breathe synchronized flames or gift each other precious hoard items. Others, like in 'The Inheritance Cycle', lean into magical bonds, where dragons choose their mates through deep mental connections rather than physical attraction.

Then there’s the more primal side, where dominance plays a huge role. I’ve read stories where males have to prove their strength in brutal fights or solve riddles to win a female’s favor. And let’s not forget the shape-shifting trope! Some dragons can take humanoid forms, blending romance with danger. It’s wild how creative these worlds get—sometimes tender, sometimes savage, but never boring.
