After Divorce, She Married with a Chaebol Leader

After Divorce, She Married with a Chaebol Leader

he asked in a low voice. Only then did Kimberly realize she was holding a Latin version of the Bible. He had already taken the thick book from her without waiting for her to respond. He put the bothersome book aside. His cool voice became more profound, "In the Old Testament of the Bible, there is a poem that doesn't carry any religious colors. It's devoid of God or deities, speaking only of the girl he loves." "Do you want to hear it?" "Mhm." Kimberly felt his wandering hand; her cheeks flushed red, and she casually replied.

Twenty Shades Of Sin: Taboo Desires

he says. I blink. “Read?” He nods toward the open Bible on the lectern. “Psalm 51. The Miserere. Aloud.” I hesitate only a second, then cross to the lectern. My fingers tremble as I turn the pages. The text swims for a moment before steadying. “Have mercy on me, O God, according to your unfailing love…” My voice is soft, unsteady at first. I feel him behind me—close now, just at my shoulder. Not touching, but near enough that the air between us hums.

House of Horrors Part 1

House of Horrors Part 1

The place itself seemed to hold anticipation, as if the walls were listening, waiting, and knowing that something momentous was about to happen. Miranda lay on her bed, the Bible in her hands, her eyes scanning the lines with intense focus. Every word resonated with the beating of her heart, every page revealed a hidden web of meanings, messages embedded with the power to confront impending evils. The room, though silent, was filled with the quiet whispers of old books, the passing breeze through the windows, and the echo of footsteps that never ceased.

Unholy Cravings-a Sinful Obsession

"Can I see it?" "Oh, I'm afraid not," He said forbiddingly. "You need to be a priest to read it. But I can read some of it to you that I think might help with your problem." "Thank you Father, that's so kind!" She bobbed in excitement, bouncing her generous chest. "I always follow the Bible's advice." "Okay, let's see now," He flicked through to a random page, tilting the book so she couldn't see it. "Here we go. The Book of, uh, Fellatius."

Biker's Temptation:Claimed by the Ruthless Mafia King

Biker's Temptation:Claimed by the Ruthless Mafia King

Irina contributes through video calls from Geneva, where she has returned but maintains her twice weekly presence in the compound's coordination through the specific, organized method of someone who has decided that Geneva and the compound are both home in different registers and has stopped requiring a clean distinction between them. The reader's guide is not long. That is the first decision they make and they make it quickly, because a guide designed to help people hand the publication forward to people who need it must be readable in fifteen minutes, must carry its full weight in those fifteen minutes, and must end with the standing invitation visible and prominent rather than buried in c

Meant To Be HIS

Meant To Be HIS

Our counseling sessions had continued, not because there was anything wrong going on between Damien and I but because I needed answers for future issues. "We're both growing and sometimes I fear us backsliding and giving up on Christianity because of how clueless we are." I opened up to her. "The solution to this is to commit to growing. Through more time spent fellowshipping with the brethren and giving yourself to study. There are several Christian books that can guide you on your journey and the Bible is the number one book to look to. It is God's Word." She said. I nodded, "Book recommendations?" "Sure." I took out my journal and jotted down a list of books as she mentioned the names and

Really good follow on from the first book and I love how you have incorporated Christ in this book & their love story. As a growing Christian this was lovely to read, it didn’t have as much steam as the first book I can understand why but definitely drama filled.

The Grigori Chronicles: Book One: Transcendent

The Grigori Chronicles: Book One: Transcendent

Richard said as he looked at me and back at the fire, sucking on his pipe. “Are you ready?” Ben sat on the sofa beside me, and the cushions threatened to swallow us both into its comfort. Was I ready? Ready for what? He reached to pick up the King James Bible. Beneath it was various other books, none that I recognized except a translation of the Dead Sea Scrolls.
