Gwen pushed him to the side, looking at the map once more before she walked off. Ace didn't say anything and still followed along behind her. Gwen stopped a couple timed to catch her breath or drink water but she kept a steady pace the entire time. She would have wanted to run but that would burn her out faster. Gwen was a soldier and she should be able to withstand such conditions. She should be able to run through a town that was covered in inches of snow and still reach her destination on time. But all she did was fight in a war, what would she know about all that other stuff.
