Abigail's Absent Husband Is A CEO

Abigail's Absent Husband Is A CEO

"Sir, did you cast some kind of illusion on me?" The man replied, "This is the true view. What you saw earlier was a high-tech barrier we erected. Unless the barrier is deactivated, all you'd see from the outside is a field of overgrown weeds." Looking around, Abigail muttered, "Such a waste. This is just a club, not some secret operation. Why the need for such secrecy? The cost of that contraption must've been immense." The man replied, "The one thing Mr. Hagrid has in abundance is money."

This author ended the book without concluding the story. It finished Abigails story but then continued the book talking about Her friend Emma's past with Ron and then just stopped writing!! Paid alot to read this story just to be left hanging.

Mate to the Lycan king

Mate to the Lycan king

I slowly moved my foot from Hagrid's shoulder to the middle of his chest, and I deliberately used my heel to gently draw circles on his chest to tease him. "You can help me take off this shoe!" "Ok!"Hagrid held my instep with one hand, and easily tore open the shoelace with the other. He leaned his nose on my instep and sniffed, as if he had smoked poppy wine, with an intoxicated expression on his face. "Where is the antidote?"I asked eagerly. "Red, yellow.。。"Hagrid said vaguely, "It's in the cupboard!"" "Is it red or yellow?"I tried to pull my leg back, but Hagrid g

The next morning, when I went to their hotel to say goodbye before going back to the Manor, Hugo gave me a small wooden crate wrapped in a delicate white cloth. “If push comes to shove, and your Kujo can’t keep them at bay, you will need to seal the access doors to the building.” “Only the doors? Cause those buildings have a zillion windows, too. Not to mention half the roof is gone.” “Only the doors to access it from the outside, including those tunnels you told me about. You’ll find all you need to do it in this box, along with the specific prayer to achieve it.” He winked at me, smiling. “No dark entity will dare to mess with the kind of light you would summon.” He left the crate in my ha

Kiran turned to look at Malachi and he nodded his head as well. “Kiran Sinclair, step forth and claim the first incision,” Malachi said, and I looked at the knife in Kiran’s hand. Aegishjalmur, Valknut, Triskelion, Yggdrasil, Gungnir, and Mjolnir were etched on the handle, the symbols of our ancestors and our history.

Nine was their sacred number since it connected the nine realms that existed within Yggdrasil. “I choose Gungnir, the great spear of Odin, Angurvadal, the stream of anguish, Gram, who brought death to Fafnir, Freyr’s sword, to fight when I am weak, Dáinsleif, to inflict wounds that never heal, Lævateinn, so that my step will never falter, Skofnung, the supernatural blade, Hǫfuð, the great sword of Heimdall and lastly Mjolnir.” Malachi chose his nine gifts and the rest were returned to the vault. These gifts would be sent to his house in Seward and he knew Jessica would banish them to his study.

CITADEL

CITADEL

A warning light blinked as it passed, and the trio waited silently until it was gone. Only then did Abigail speak.“Every time I see one of those things, I wonder what it’d take to bring one down.” “One dream too many, maybe.” Tunde said, he looked up, past the quarry’s ridge. There it was again, the Citadel. White and gold, suspended like a god’s mirage behind the shimmer of protective fields. Its smooth towers glowed even through the smog. Somewhere in there, music played through perfect speakers, food was hot every night, and sickness… was curable.

I asked, my voice barely a whisper. Vane walked over to his desk and tapped a button on the holographic interface. A high-resolution medical file expanded in the air between us. It displayed genetic charts, brain activity scans, and infant growth records. At the top of the file, printed in clear red text, was a name: *Maya Vane.*

“Thanks. I didn’t realize I dropped it.” Drake doesn’t hand it over right away. He glances at the page. “Why don’t you sell this one? It looks… complicated. But cool.” I swallow. “One of the ingredients is hard to find.” “What is it?” he asks. The page shows a pale blue flower with curling petals and a glowing center. Laura called it moonshade. A plant that only grows in certain places, places touched by old magic. “It’s a plant,” I say carefully. “It only grows in… specific areas.”

For a brief moment I noticed her eyes glaze over which surprised me, she quickly noticed my expression and smiled, "Sorry, it's just allot quicker to mind link someone than actually go looking for them." Within seconds someone entered the door with a glass of water, it was the same guy who brought me here with the others, Alec I think his name is. He didn't make eye contact with me as he placed the glass of water down against the desk before leaving again, I wondered if he was the beta perhaps. "So, Ward. Let's start with who you are and what you're relationship is to Groban, we'll start, I'm luna Rainn and this is alpha, Beau."

I decide of going for a full-on fight it would be better to place groups quietly amongst the rogues so we can neutralize them in one swoop, as I'm telling everyone the plan and splitting them into groups, fires around the gallows are lit and drums start banging. "Ocean" "Dad?" "It's time son, they are now hanging us" "Don't worry dad, we are here" "Hurry son, save as many as you can" "Can you use your powers?" "No, we have been put into silver collars to stop us transforming but if we can get them off then yeah ill be able too and so will grandma Beth" "Ok, hold tight" "Acre" "Yeah" I look from Acre to Sky and know that I'm not going to be able to separate them,
