She tiptoes, peeking, and there she spots him, making eye contact with her. "Cerise, is- is that you?" his voice was shaky, and he clung to the coat of the tall aurum. "Halo! What are you doing here?" Cerise shoves the aurum away who raises his brow in surprise. Her hands meet Halo's arms, Halo was a good friend of Janoir and they've met a couple of times during the first month she was here. "I was supposed to meet up with Janoir yesterday but he stopped responding to my texts. I'm more worried for him than myself actually." Halo scratches his neck, tone low and a tad bit scared.

Halo halted his pacing. "They'll need a massive amount of blood. Many lives will be lost tomorrow." His words hung in the air like a dark omen. Lena spat, "No offense, Emilia, but your ex-mate is sick in the head." Emilia laughed, a hint of sadness in her voice. "None taken." Her eyes met Lena's, a shared understanding passing between them. Lena's eyes narrowed at Halo, her disappointment palpable. "If Emilia weren't your mate, you'd have stuck to the plan, wouldn't you?" Halo's silence was telling; he merely shrugged.

Lucian Slater: Will you have dinner with us? Halo stares at Lucian for a moment, but he shakes his head. Deciding not to impose any longer. — Watching Lucian yield to Gael, and not his own need to invite him. Halo Noel: I really have to go. I will see you in school tomorrow, Gael. You're hurting my feelings," Hazel protested as they were sitting on Jan's rooftop in front of her bedroom window. We gathered in a semicircle, watching Holly and Halo fight with unrestrained rage. “Why, Halo?!” Holly roared. “Why did you do all this?!” “Because he rejected me!” Halo’s scream split the night. “He rejected me and chose that pathetic woman as his Luna! And to make it worse, she was his second chance mate! Why does he get happiness while I get nothing?!” Her tears glistened, though her voice was soaked in venom.

Within seconds the creature fell onto the shore and the glamor slowly started to dissipate. I felt a little bit of myself leaving as the bioluminescence started to fade.The planets began to disappear from the sky slowly. This glamor was the only part of my realm that I could hang onto here, and I was sending it all away… I felt the pain in my chest at the loss of the remnants of my realm, even if they were just a glamor. I didn’t realize how much I missed it there, how much I longed for my realm. Just going there and talking to Hilda satiated a part of me, but nothing would satiate it all. Nothing but being there for good. And I knew that wasn’t a possibility.
