Martha scratched the bridge of her nose and just said, “Good thinking.” She sighed and said, “Her punishment is not severe. It was a two-day suspension and, since she had to be out because of your first shift, it went unnoticed. Just tell her not to lose her temper like that again. Vanilla was one of my favourite scents and I could not help but interrupt her turning to try and find the owner of that scent. My mystery guy had moved from the stairs so I could not see him anymore.
