I begin to stand but Hannah’s hand goes on my thigh and I stop. A second barely passes before the sound of a pup crying fills the air, and I see Pax’s eight year old brother wailing because he dropped his ice cream. I go to stand again but Hannah is already up and moving toward him. Hannah got off the train and took in the relatively quiet station. She arrived in Sunnydale just before midnight. She felt exhausted, cold and of course sleepy. Hannah smiled as she spotted the man with light brown curly hair and quickly approached him. "Hi, you must be Don," Hannah greeted him. Don smiled broadly and held out his hand. One of the women, who was quite pretty, ran up to them. "We are." Summer nodded. "I heard you call him your brother earlier. Are you two siblings?" the woman asked Summer, though her gaze never left Mason. Summer glanced at Mason. Mason, who just had a warm smile on, was already back to his usual aloof self. He clearly had zero intention of even talking to that woman. Didn't that just reinforce what she said earlier? Who could stand up against good-looking people? "Yes." Summer nodded.
