I decided to break the silence. “The city is beautiful.”. I said calmly. It really was. Especially since I hadn't seen it in months. It used to look so ordinary to me, now it felt like a breath of fresh air. I guess you really don't know the worth of something till you lose it. “Yes, it really is.”. He said calmly. I always wondered how and why he kept such a stoic expression. I had to admit though, it did make him look more attractive.
