Author's POV Rose went to the gym and started taking out all her anger and frustration on the punching bag. Damian's words were still ringing in her ear. Her heart was broken, she was broken. She didn't realised how furiously she was punching the bag with her already injured hand. A sudden pain in her chest made her hiss in pain. That's when she realised she hurted her broken ribs by doing aggressive excercise. She clutched on her chest and stepped back from the bag and sat on the floor breathing heavily. She felt like someone was piercing her heart with thousands of needles.

I feel like a vicious cat is clawing at my heart. "Do the fucking spell and find her. Now!" I growl, my chest heaving from anger and fear. I shouldn't have left her. Suddenly a heart-wrenching pain hits my heart and I double over, clutching my chest as something is forcefully ripped out of my chest.
