A Slave To Submit [Alpha + Omega Romance]

A Slave To Submit [Alpha + Omega Romance]

Heather screamed as she was tugged away from Derith and into the Elder’s hold. He moved so fast that the thick woolen material concealing his identity fell back, revealing an otherworldly face framed by red and black hair. A rotten stench permeated the air, even as a sharp blade was brought to Heather’s delicate neck.

Games Lady Billionaires Play

“Thanks love. Don’t forget my name’s Summer O’Neil.” “How could I forget? It brings back far too many memories of nightclubs and fake IDs. Just come in when you’re ready. Ta!” Summer winced. Helena had an entire character she played when she worked with clients. She never said ‘Ta’ anywhere else in her life unless her life depended on it. Her clients remain unaware of her motorcycle commute and the tattoo on her hip, featuring a skull with a snake emerging from its eye socket. Summer was certain they would no longer be her clients, no matter how talented she was.

Beauty Behind The Shadow

Beauty Behind The Shadow

Later that day... Helia gripped the hilt of the sword at her belt as she crept closer to the massive cave entrance. She had followed the directions of the people of Rumstead and found the broken topped mountain which was supposed to be the place where the Gray Shadow lived. From under her bone and metal helmet, her red hair spilled over her eyes which she had to flick away. She couldn't afford to be distracted by something as trivial as hair in her eyes...not when there was a giant residing in the cave before her. She crept closer, feet quietly crunching the rocks before the crevasse. Her shield braced in front of her.

How to Avoid Death on a Daily Basis

How to Avoid Death on a Daily Basis

A horse whinnying, the sound of hooves and maybe a vehicle. We left our prisoners and rushed to the window. There was a cart and horse outside. The driver was dressed in full armour and wore a helmet covering his face. By the time we got outside, he had removed the helmet to reveal bushy white eyebrows hanging over familiar beady eyes. His silvery hair was in the exact shape of the helmet he’d removed. Whether this was due to the helmet moulding his hair, or him cutting it to perfectly fit inside, it was hard to say.

Violets and Ash

Violets and Ash

Both he and the guy he spoke to must’ve heard me coming, because both had their heads turned towards the swinging kitchen doors that I emerged through. Hael’s face, which would’ve been handsome if it didn’t look like he was constantly in search of his next victim, twisted itself into a grimace. I paid no attention to the way his thick eyebrows slid closer together, or how his lower lip would jut out in what reminded me of a pout. The guy at his side seemed more taken aback than anything at his sudden shift in demeanor, even if he did do a good job at hiding it. His eyes reminded me of Mykelle’s, though his skin was a rich shade of brown where hers was dusted with a golden tan.

I had trouble putting this down. Probably my favourite so far. Love the way the characters evolve and the interchange between them. Definitely not lacking in lots of plot twists and turns. Just when you thought it was safe… well done, Jane. Can’t wait to read your next books!!

Absolutely beautiful writing, it’s been about a year since I’ve read Jane Doe’s work and I simply cannot believe how much she’s improved (not that she was bad/mediocre before). The story itself kept you captivated with lots of twists and turns, the characters were likable and spice was 4/5 stars

Shadows of the Lost

Shadows of the Lost

Even if one would look closely, it had no resemblance whatsoever to Blame. The three of them were given one, and when they compared it to one another, they concluded that the council’s either losing their touch or Blame was behind these weird faces. Hail’s featured a round-face woman with big blotches and hook nose, Briane’s was painted with a distorted face with wide-set eyes, and Michelle’s, throwing it with a disgusted look, contained a featureless face, greenish sluggish something flowing from the thin line at its lower region.

Probably the most challenging story I have written. With about 5 drafts and two years of crafting, it’s my longest work. It’s thrilling. I revisit it sometimes and, he, even I get overwhelmed and awed. I mean, it feels like I’m not the one who wrote it.

I love the world building of this novel! Even when you’re only in chapter one you can already see how the author meticulously planned the settings of the story. It’s descriptive so even if the world is new and unfamiliar the readers could still easily imagine what it’s like.

Flawed Utopia

Flawed Utopia

Still not being able to see his face from the good he was wearing stepped closer trying to see him more clearly. “It’s ok Princess. You don’t have to be nervous, I’m Hades and you.” He said in a melodic accent taking his hood off to shake his hand, he smiled showing small dimples form at the ends of his cheeks with his fangs popping out with. He had his black hair with streaks of white flopping as with every word he spoke. Not noticeable for some or at least for me, he hard a 2 cracks like a cement bolt on the right side of his face no longer than the other almost touching his eyebrows.

Half-Monster

Half-Monster

Gold flecks are juxtaposed in my iris. I slick back my hair. It fights me, thick and stubborn. I consider cleaning up with the razor. No time. Ding-dong. I open the door. Damn. Caleb stands there, all in black. A thin red-haired shadow draped in sensuality, with not one but two stunning women on his arms. The first is as flawless as the other is glowing, but also vice versa. They look like they’ve stepped out of a dream I wouldn’t admit to having.

By Order of the King

By Order of the King

At Hector's request, Lennox also attended the feast as he had been immediately notified of Hector's arrival, and Lennox decided to stay in the castle and spend a few days with his friend after so long since they had encountered. "It's been three days already, and I'm still not used to you with that thing on your face," Lennox jested. The two men were in Hector's chamber. Lennox was sitting comfortably in one of the plush armchairs with a cup full of beer in hand, and Hector was standing at the large window musing with his hands tied behind his back. Hector turned and looked at him gravely and took a deep breath. "You will get used to it. I am now officially the man with the half face. People

Half Human

Half Human

he called. As Nala meets Raymond's different beads, Nala falls silent. Raymond's golden left eye shines in a dimly lit room. Glowing on the surface next to his cheeks with a soft golden glow. Raymond's stare was full of questions painted on his face, as the thick eyebrows sank behind his wild hair bangs. He's not human, it's all inhumane. Including his inhumane face, Nala's cheeks felt burned until she had to turn her eyes. Nala rubbed her nose and asked, "Why did you get in my room?"
